My dad ordered a jacket which was to small after a telephone with a lovely gentleman who gave great advice on alternative jackets as he couldn’t get the original jacket in a bigger size, my dad selected his choice, this jacket was perfect and looks really nice on. Oct 22,2021I have dealt with many companies both good and bad over the years but I have never quite come across any company like The Country Catalogue. I had a very bad experience with a company prior to dealing with The Country Catalogue that let me down badly so much so I had to reclaim the money from PayPal. I must say that The Country Catalogue is the best company I have ever dealt with and Craig is one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. He didn't quite have in stock what I wanted but went the extra mile to contact the manufacturer of the product to accommodate me. This company really know the meaning of customer satisfaction

Oct 13,2021I bought this jacket for my 87 year old dad for Christmas. He walks to the paper shop every morning and wants a jacket that is warm, waterproof and lightweight. He had seen this in a magazine and showed me a picture and I was able to track it down online. It arrived within a week of ordering and, because my dad is fussy in his old age, I made him try it on before I wrap it up for Christmas just in case I needed to order a different size. He was absolutely delighted with it and wanted me to give it to him now. I declined!! I am really pleased that I have sorted out a great present for the man who really needs nothing!! Well done Country Catalogue!!
