Dec 27,2024First initial visit, discussed at length the doors that would be suitable for our needs. Had a home check for measurements and what areas would need to be cleared for easy access and fitting. Owen and Matt were lovely polite young men who discussed what they would be doing. The work was completed cleanly and efficiently and our old door was taken away. Beautiful finish and colour. Following each step from first visit to end product we received great feedback and communication from all of the team. Would highly recommend this company.

Nov 12,2024Very disappointing experience today. I had an electric garage door fitted some years ago by this company. It was well fitted. But today I telephoned to say that the door had just broken with my car inside the garage and I was unable to open it manually. I was told "mid December would be the earliest they could come" ie a month later. I explained I have cancer and need to make visits to the hospital. This was ignored with a "mid December would be the earliest " So if you use this company, don't expect any sort of after sales service!

The noisy door was assessed (I thought we might have to have it replaced!) .....but no......identified the problem, ordered parts and fitted within a short time scale. Good comms by email and phone....much appreciated. James and Ben did a great job rectifying the problem today.....Many thanks.

Oct 04,2024James Vyse spent considerable time with us, going through the various options available to us. We selected Penchard doors, which look fantastic. There was an issue because the height of the opening had changed between the survey and installation which required the doors to be shaved to fit. Costs of that alteration were shared. Installation was by a friendly team of Nathan, Owen, Scott and Justin and was completed over two days (three doors to install) and everything works well.

The care and attention the finishing touches like architrave and beading was superb. Polite and respectful fitters of Nathan and Owen worked tirelessly throughout even after an 2hr journey to ensure a professional job and going through each aspect of locking and unlocking. I thoroughly recommend the garage door centre.

Feb 25,2025We were so pleased with the garage door installed by this company previously that they were our first port of call for a new front door. Such a bunch of friendly and professional people. Special mention for James, who spent time and care in the showroom explaining options available and then finalising the design of the front door and side elements. Then the lovely backroom staff who liaised with us on the various admin aspects. Finally, the installation engineers, Nathan and Owen, who expertly and efficiently fitted the Ryterna steel door and surrounds. Big thanks to all involved. We are so pleased with the end result.
