Had delivery problems of an oven that was no fault of the gas superstore. They provided a friendly personal service to quickly resolve the problem and get an alternative to me within a couple of days. All staff I spoke to were helpful and delivery was on time within a 3 hour scheduled slot. Very pleased with the service and the product. Thank you

We ordered from Gas Superstore after fin­ding them to be by far the best price. ­Ordering was simple and being able to pa­y by PayPal gave us the online security­ we liked. Communication by email was ex­cellent, telling us all we needed to kn­ow about the delivery. Saturday deliver­y...wow..how convenient is that..brillia­nt. We got an email the night before gi­ving us a 3 hour slot, more than accurat­e enough. The chap who delivered it was­ cheerful as anything, credit to him wit­h the busy schedule he had. He brought ­it in and was happy to leave it whereve­r we wanted. Don t give the miserable, p­ersistent salespeople in Curry's your b­usiness, give it to this local retailer,­ even if you re not local like us, who ­is providing a better service than the b­ig boys.

I am really happy with the service received from gas superstore. I have had my eye on a Bosch washer since Christmas and decided to bite the bullet and go for one, yes it's a bit of a strange treat but I enjoy my clean clothes :-D I called up on Saturday and spoke to a very helpful gentleman, I don't recall his name, John or Josh, I think. Anyways, Mr J was very helpful and arranged everything with me over the phone. The delivery date came and I got a text with a time window, the driver also called on his way. A big thank you to the driver who brought the washer all the way into my kitchen without even having to ask. Thanks again, I'll be back in a few months for a new cooker

After being let down by Currys I found the gas superstore who were selling the same cooker I wanted but for 30 cheaper! I called to confirm stock and ordered there and then. Recivced my new cooker 2 days later and they even took away the old one as part of the deal. Could not ask for more

The item didn't turn up. I got a sad and detected employee telling me they couldn't locate the fridge. I told him I wanted a refund. A week later no refund. So I called a manager who told me he promised to get back to me by the end of the day, even if he had to stay late. That was over a week ago.

Will never use them again. Completely disappointed with The Gas Superstore Ltd. They didn't even confirm the order and I had to call them. The dishwasher was supposed to arrive 2 days later, but it didn't. Didn't receive any notice and had to wait for hours on the phone trying to contact them. As they say '' there is nothing worst than waiting for your order''. But the worst thing was that they keep you on the phone and didn't answer. :(

Order placed on 17th Jan for delivery 26th On 25th told one item out of stock for 1 week On 2nd Feb I phoned because they hadn't, told both items out of stock for a further week. On 11th Feb I phoned again, because they hadn't again, told that this time not to expect them until the end of February! Cancelled the order, but here we are on the 25th of Feb and I still haven't had my money back! These were for a customers kitchen that we were fitting, thoroughly embarrassing and costly delay, will not use or recommend again!

I purchases an upright freezer, driver was excellent, really friendly, very pleased with it so far, hope it lasts us many years. Did the usual internet searches, gas superstore were £25 cheaper than AO. Would definitely use you again.

Very helpful customer service, I purchased my washer dryer on the phone after using the online chat to check a few details. The price was very competitive and on the particular machine I had ordered I was able to take advantage of free delivery, free recycling of my old machine, free installation and free removal of all packaging, making it fantastic value for money. In less than 24hrs I had ordered and had my washer dryer installed and working. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

I really had my fingers burnt with the Gas Superstore - being cheaper is not alway worth it!!. Early January 2016, I ordered a fridge/freezer costing over £500 by phone and was given a delivery date 2 weeks later, the same date given on the website. When the day came, taking time off work, I got my old freezer ready to go but didn't hear from Gas Superstore. I called them and they seemed suprised I'd been told the product was coming that day as it was out of stock. He said the person who told me the date should have checked with the hotpoint rep first rather than just go with the date on the website. He did apologize eventually and said I should have been informed it wasn't coming. I agreed to wait for the next available delivery date and was assured it would be with me in just over 2 weeks. I asked to be sent a written confirmation of the date, which they did. However, that date came and again I heard nothing from Gas Superstore. I called them and again they were suprised I'd been told it would come that day as it was out of stock! Again they were sorry I hadn't been told. They offered me a refund which I accepted, and I sent them an email to confirm I wanted a refund. A week later I still had not revieved my refund (they'd now had my money for over a month) so I contacted my bank now and they are now taking action against the company to get my money back. Do not buy from this company - they are unprofessional on the phone, unprofessional in the way they conduct their business, hard to get hold of on the phone and they have no customer care or standards. They do not deserve business or your hard-earnt money, and trust me, you don't need the hassel!!

I have just purchased the above tumble dryer from The Gas Company and after a somewhat faltering start received excellent service. I had problems placing the order on line, firstly using the discount code that TGC had emailed me, and then when trying to place the order via PayPal which, for some reason, wouldn't process my payment. I rang TGC about mid-day on a Sunday and was surprised when my call was answered. I was delighted when Claire told me she could take my order and apply the discount. This was on top of the already most competitively price I could find on-line! I was given a reasonable deliver date which was included in their price (unlike some other online retailers that hide the delivery costs until the final checkout!). So I am a very happy shopper!!

We had ordered a new washing machine to finish off the installation of a new Kitchen, which was for my Mother-in-Law's 80th Birthday present. It was booked from the outset for Friday, for installation before they arrived home on the Saturday. They said that I would be contacted with a delivery slot early in the morning. By 10.30 I'd heard nothing, so I rang them, to be told that it wasn't now being delivered until the Saturday, i.e. after they'd arrived home. I was told, as an apology, the WM would be fitted for free. I asked to speak to a Manager, who never got back to me. On the Saturday morning I received a text telling me it was now coming tomorrow, i.e. Sunday. I rang again and was told that was a mistake and it was coming today, Saturday. When it did arrive the driver knew nothing about the fitting. I E-mailed Gas Superstore asking how to complain. No one got back to me. I went on the Chat Line, but when I eventually spoke to someone, he wouldn't tell me how to get on this Forum, which could be why there are so few negative reports. An awful experience all round.

We;ve been looking for a new gas fire for a while now and found exactly what we were looking for here. Used the online chat facility with Scott came back quickly with answers to all our questions and was then able to set up the deal within minutes. Absolutely first class

Ordered a Hotpoint washing machine showing as in stock, to be delivered by courier 10 days later. Waited in all day, no delivery. Phone the company next day, no answer for 30 mins on the first call, finally answered 10 mins into second call. The machine was not in stock, was never in stock and will not be delivered to them for another 4 days! (hopefully!) They said they left a message on my answerphone - strange as I do not have one. When pushed they did agree to a full refund. As others have said it appears that if you live local the service is good or better, if you do not live local you are very much on your own.

Ordered 5 Neff items over the phone so I could check stock at the same time, the oven I wanted was not in but they ordered one in for me which arrive in only a few days. Delivery was on time and I got a very happy driver who called me on his way over. Very happy

Waited for my delivery today. I called them to confirm delivery time only to find out they were not going to deliver it s they don't have any stock, and had no date for any either (a call would have been nice!). They didn't give two hoots either. They failed to return my call as promised or respond to email. I suspect they are going down the pan, which would be a great relief to the British public. After tracking them down, they offered to send a product of the same spec, which turned out not to be a similar spec at all - indeed a lesser spec. Shame on them. What a bunch, eh? I just hope I get my money back before the inevitable happens. It seemed to be a cross between Steptoe and Son and only Fools and Horses.

Ordered a tumble dryer from Gas Superstore. The on-line chat guy was extremely helpful. Customer services were very accommodating with regard to delivery and the men who delivered were polite, efficient and super tidy - making sure they gathered up every last bit of polystyrene from the floor. Highly recommended for price and service.
