Cooker in stock here which most retailers seem to be out of stock of. Price less than others quoted. Free next day delivery in time-slot promised. Delivery driver used patience and skill in getting our new cooker into the kitchen across a wooden floor newly-painted and still with the paint wet in a large area without harming the new paint at all.

We ordered at lunchtime and the item arrived with no delivery charge at 0730 the next morning with a delightful driver. We were kept up to date of the delivery time by text. Excellent service !

Fridge freezer (FF) was to be delivered on sat 5th Dec. No text giving me delivery slot on day. I continuously ring Gas Superstore (GS) from 10 to 10.30. Got through to voice message ‘ your call is important to us we will be with you soon.” 12 minutes later I give up and put phone down. Get through twice more, give up each time after about 15 mins. Eventually speak to person at 2.00. I am told delivery was put with another courier. Informed FF will not be delivered. Re-arrange for delivery on Wed 9th. Tues pm receive tel call to say FF is damaged and will not be delivered. I am told I will be contacted at end of week with update on when FF will be delivered. No-one contacts me, so I ring GS on Monday. GS had failed to contact Hotpoint. I am then told FF will be delivered on Sat 19. Fri late afternoon I receive tel call to say FF will not be delivered. Person did not know when FF would be delivered. Fri evening I receive text message informing me FF will be delivered on Sat 19. Receive email early sat 19 also stating FF will be delivered. Ring GS and ask whether I will actually be receiving FF. Person checks and says ‘no.’ Again GS do not know when I will receive FF. Ask to speak to manager. In the meantime I find FF is available at John Lewis and can be delivered on 29th Dec. Earliest date by GS was 30 Dec if they actually had FF. Cancel order with GS. Manager does ring me back. He apologises for poor service. Explains problems GS have experienced with demand from ‘Black Friday and Monday.’ He says GS will not do those events next year.

Looking for a Rangemaster and found The Gas Superstore to be the cheapest by far. Also included was the free delivery and 50% off the extractor hood AND a free set of pans. What more could you ask for??? Found the online internet chat really helpful for advice and guidance. Would definitely recommend using this company in the future.

The device was spot on and the young man that served me was excellent Taken the time to go through the difference between the 2no cookers that I enquiered about And taking the time to check that they were in stock Again excellent device and most highly recommend Thank you

This review is for a belling freestanding oven with induction hob FSE60MFi. The Gas Superstore, Claire, was very helpful when I phoned to clarify pricing. The price of the cooker was very good especially as it had an extra 10% discount. It was delivered the next morning .The Driver was helpful and on time. The Cooker is excellent but I still have a lot to learn about all the many programmes available for the 2 ovens. The induction hob is great, as quick as a gas cooker, which has surprised us both! Well done to Belling and to Gas Superstore. Paula .

At first there was a problem with our cooker when it arrived at the Gas Superstore. The staff made alternative arrangements and we now have our excellent new cooker installed in time for Christmas! The Customer Service was excellent and a Big thank you to John who sorted it all out for us in his own personal time from home. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

There are many models of range cooker to choose from at great prices. And the cooker hood was on offer at half price. I spoke to Andrew and he was really friendly and helpful. I recommend the company to anyone looking for a good deal.

Excellent service from start to finish. Phoned and spoke to Harry in sales at 16.45 on Friday ( without doubt one of the most helpful salesman I have spoken to over the phone.) Text to confirm goods would arrive between 2 and 5 pm the following day . Two very friendly delivery men arrived at 2.30 with my new cooker. One very happy customer . Forget these big high street companies , will definitely be using The Gas Superstore again . First on customer service , quality of goods, delivery and communication. Thank you

The website gave a delivery date when no stock was available. This caused a problem because a cooker was disconnected for recycling and the new appliance was not delivered, leaving a young family in winter with no means of cooking. The gas superstore immediately accepted responsibility and arranged urgent free delivery 2 days later. It has now been installed. Whilst this was very annoying, I am still giving the website 4 out of 5 because of their subsequent efforts to put things right. They are taking positive measures to improve their on line and telephone customer service and that is to be commended. A Company that learns from its mistakes is worth supporting, I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Indesit Cooker.. Ordered yesterday , delivered today , installed and working great within 30 minutes of driver arriving.. I can find absolutely no fault with this company, communications ( by email,text & phone calls ) kept me fully up to date from door to door. Product exactly as described on their website, and the best price I could find after a lot of research. My wife and I will be going back to them in the new year for a washing machine. I really was that impressed

Good customer service who matched a slightly cheaper price, checked warehouse stock and called me back to confirm. Didn't receive delivery text, but had confirmation email on request & friendly delivery which was on time.

Very happy with service received and impressed that delivery could be before Christmas. Andrew the agent was quick with responses and a smooth transaction. Glad I am soon to be the owner of a new Siemens dishwasher woo hoo!

Website & order confirmed next day delivery. Got to the day, driver phoned to tell me his co worker hadn't turned up and could I help him take the fridge freezer to kitchen in 1st floor flat, so I agreed. Driver phoned back 5 minutes later as he'd noticed that the old fridge freezer needed removing & he wasn't insured to do this on his own?. I advised I would have old fridge freezer outside upon delivery but after not coming back to me and having phoned back up they advised they still could not deliver. Asked for refund with customer services who said they couldn't because accounts were shut. Basically they take your money, balls it up and then make getting a refund really hard work. So I recommend you find another company for your electrical appliance and don't let this lot have your money.

Ordered fire and given 2 week delivery date, 1 day before delivery told fire out of stock will be 1 more week. This was unacceptable so cancelled order. 3 weeks later still waiting for refund. Have received sporadic emails from them stating they are looking into it, still nothing . Unable to get through on phone as permanently engaged. Will never use this company again.....!!

I had an excellent experience with this company when I ordered a Be Modern fire over the phone and it was delivered the next day. Marvellous. I was so smitten with the fire that I ordered another, and then two more!! One of my online orders was cancelled after a week, so I was a bit apprehensive about my second order. I now believe that the fires were a discontinued line, so there were problems acquiring them. I was offered next day delivery, for the final two fires, but this clearly didn't happen. After numerous phone calls to a variety of people, I contacted Scott Daniel. Then things started to move. After a couple of weeks, the two fires arrived, but one was faulty, it was missing a few parts and had clearly been repackaged. After this I left an indifferent review, which I think was partially deserved. With all this said, I am writing a much more positive review, mainly because of Scott Daniel. He was the game changing customer services representative, who I believe cares about the company and held them accountable, but he also cared about me and getting my problem solved. He was proactive and communicated with me via email and phone, keeping me updated on progress. He was the final person I dealt with and was easily the best. I can only hope that he gets the praise he richly deserves. He is a true asset to the company. If all customer services representatives were of his calibre our lives would be much easier. I would also mention Mike, the delivery driver, whom we saw quite frequently!!! He was brilliant. He communicated delivery times, was always prompt, courteous and professional. I would like to commend him as one of the unsung heroes, working long, unsociable hours in all weathers, but always cheerful and friendly. I would say, the true backbone, to the smooth running of any company. Finally, the fires are truly superb. They are ergonomically and aesthetically fantastic. Many thanks to the Gas Superstore.
