Jul 14,2014We ordered a Baumatic Quattro fridge freezer several weeks before the delivery date. However at 4.30 PM the day before delivery I received a call to explain the appliance was no longer stocked and could not be delivered. It was extremely inconvenient at this notice. No alternatives suited as this appliance specifically fits the space. We ordered from another supplier. It transpires Baumatic have just been taken over by Hoover and are restricting their vendors. Ofcourse we should have been told a lot earlier. In fairness Gas Superstore admitted this was unacceptable and have had the good grace to give us token compensation. They say they have changed their procedures. We are all human and "stuff happens" so I would probably deal with them again.

Jul 13,2014Really great delivery options, which was essential because 1. Large birthday present and I would not have been able to hide it 2. Needed for the bbq birthday party so many stomach's were relying on it.

Jul 12,2014I decided to get my washing machine from Gas Superstore because of the free delivery, free machine recycling and 4 year warranty. Delivery guy was good, my only suggestion was that there was no notification of time of delivery until halfway through the day. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars

Jul 11,2014I placed an order and was asked to choose a date for delivery. As always it's an all day delivery so made arrangements with my work and other family members for someone to be in all day. My order did not arrive and no one took the time to contact me. When I contacted them I was not really given an acceptable reason why….'I just slipped through the net' apparently!!! The next time delivery could be arranged (around them I hasten to add) was a week away. The service I received was terrible I would not use this company again or recommend them!

Jul 07,2014I ordered a fridge freezer online. Later that day I was emailed informing me that my order had been 'upgraded' (without any consultation with me, and after payment had been made) to what turned out to be a smaller fridge freezer. I acted on this immediately with a phone call, asking what on earth was going on. The chap on the other end didnt seem to have much of a clue, so I asked for the whole order to be cancelled and confirmation of the cancellation and refund to be sent. It took a further three phone calls, over the next few days and more emails for this to happen, as I was getting nothing back. I finally got through to a lady who actually took responsibility for the problem, and sorted it out. Pretty shoddy from start to finish, won't be using them again.

Jul 04,2014I purchased some kit from these guys because they had the cheapest price, when I received it the product had a couple of manufacturers fault. I phoned them up and immediately they were phoning the manufacturer and I received all new parts for the ones damaged. Brilliant service. Definielty would use them again

Jul 03,2014Was really surprised to get such a good service. Ordered a Bosch washing machine and it was delivered on the day I needed it and within the time they stated. Great price and I was even given a newer spec model free of charge. Very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Jul 14,2014I trusted the company to deliver on the day they agreed so had my old cooker removed. I had no way of cooking any meals and have people in the house with particular dietary needs but when I explained this to the company did not show any real concern or make any attempt to help.
