Still waiting for delivery. Should have been 15 April as not in stock. Then it was 22nd and now one week later still nothing and no text or email.

Order some goods only to be told that the delivery had been delayed by a week. The delivery was due today and now I found out they have ceased trading. Hopefully Paypal will give me my money back, shocking experience.

Do not order from this website they are no longer trading but will take your money then send an email to claim it back from your bank

I ordered a Wok Stand and received several e mails confirming my order. I was given a delivery date of 23th and then received another e mail stating they wouldn't be receiving the item until so that so the delivery date was altered to 24th but sadly the item did not arrive. They are not now replying to my e mails and no luck with phoning answer phone message saying not open. I have opened a case with PayPal so hopefully I will get my money back. They are very convincing but I wouldn't advise buying thankfully my item was only £38.65.

They are scammers. I am trying to get my money back for the last 20 days. Now they don't answer the phone, and I have reported them to my bank and the trade standards! I hope I can get my money back!

I'm wondering if they've gone bust. - Ordered an extractor fan - Was told it had arrived and was given a delivery date by email - Waited in all day but no extractor - Tried calling both sales and service numbers but just got a "we are now closed" message even though it was within their stated opening hours - Called the logistics company whose number was in the email. They said they don't work with them any more - Similarly, no response to email even when I said I was cancelling the order and getting my money back from the credit card company In the event that they haven't actually gone bust, DO NOT USE.

I placed an order last week and had a delivery booked, i have not heard anything and when trying to contacting them just got an answerphone message saying the office was closed (it was normal working hours!). After a bit of further research this afternoon I found this article in the Leicester Mercury (Local Newspaper?) saying 'Gas Superstore in Leicestershire ceases trading'. (I can't paste a link in Trustpilot but if you google 'The Gas Superstore Leicester Mercury' and you should find it) Good luck to any customers trying to get a refund (like myself!) you can still place orders on the website despite what the article says. DO NOT USE THE GAS SUPERSTORE THEY HAVE STOPPED TRADING!!!!!

Please DO NOT buy from this company I had my delivery confirmed for yesterday , it never came ! Rang the company for hours to be met by an automated response saying they are closed i than rang v12 who I got the buy now pay later credit from who had just that hour received an official email saying they are in administration ! Luckily for me v12 were about to sent payment but hadn't ! They won't be getting a penny 😡 Warning they are tryin to sell as much invisible stock as they can do they can do one with everyone's money 💰 avoid like the plague !

I had a great experience with my last purchase 2 years ago. I ordered again from this seller. No order has not been received, phones are off and no information what is going on.

Ordered washing machine, picked the day of delivery. Nothing. Trying to call them - voicemail and no replies over emails. Paid by debit card, trying to get a chargeback, but it's hard. Worth mentioning about this company to the police, for lying to people and not communicating/not getting back refund?.... Yes!

The Gas Superstore won't refund my money - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Cancelled a £400 dishwasher Saturday online purchase on the Monday by phone. No paperwork/email trail - and 3 weeks later no refund so far despite several phone calls, where reassurances were made that the money would be refunded and they would contact me to confirm money transfer, and emails that have been ignored. Have contacted my CC provider's dispute team who are taking it further. Almost ready to make a visit to their showroom/shop on a Saturday to make a stand. Very very poor customer service and one can only assume they have financial problems. DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT BUY

I ordered a gas fire £700 plus Delivery promised 18th April Delivery promised 25th April Then another email excuse saying another delay until May I have emailed and phoned regarding my problem several times without reply. On calling their office today a recording states the offices are closed. Looks like I need to contact the credit card for a refund! This is my second bad experience with buying this fire, I came to this company based on it being a family firm that had been trading for many years. Looks like my timing was bad!!

I have joined the masses of dissatisfied customers. I ordered and paid for a washing machine with a long delivery date. I had no communication between and on the day, I was unable to contact anyone at the company. The phones are set on voicemail with no answerphone giving opening times different to the website. The online chat has 193 people ahead of me in the queue and emails are ignored. The courier details are not shown and I spent all day waiting and knowing that they would not be coming. Read the wealth of bad reviews and ignore the others. It seems that they will take all money and then you join the lottery of whether you are lucky enough. It could be you. I am now ten days without a washer and need to start again AND try to get my money back AND explain to the missus when she comes home and says I told you so.

Gone Bust - If you paid by Credit Card, submit your CCA Section 75 claim. If you paid by Debit Card, then contact your bank to see if they can do a chargeback.

Yet another conned customer - ordered hob 12th April with delivery 21st. Email 20th - model no longer available. Offered alternative for extra £70 receipt to be emailed. Heard nothing but delivery due Saturday. Fat chance of that. Emailed them - 129 in queue for chat. Answering machine only. Their website no longer has any electrical goods available it looks like Euronics who supplied them have pulled the plug (no pun intended). Fortunately paid by credit card so will get money back but that's not the point it's all the hassle and the anger at knowing these scallys have got away with a lot of peoples hard earned cash.

Ordered and paid for built in oven and grill on the 11th April for delivery on 24th April. Received email on eve of delivery saying that items were not going to be in stock until next week (although they were supposed to have been in stock at time of ordering). Having kitchen refitted and required new cooker as old one being taken away. Tried telephoning for 3 hours but no answer. Sent email cancelling order and requesting immediate refund - no response. Because of urgency of items like nothing to cook with had to order items from another supplier. I paid by PayPal who are progressing claim but I hold little hope of getting my £553.74 back. You have been warned about dealing with this lot.

Ordered a Falcon oven a couple of weeks ago and haven't had any communication from The Gas Superstore. Tried calling, emailing, using online chat (I was number 77 in the queue) all with no reply. I purchased using Amazon pay so hopefully my money is safe. Amazon are now on the case and this will no doubt end with me (hopefully) getting my money back and just having the inconvenience of a delay in ordering my oven. It's a shame when companies fail like this. There will be staff out of work for no fault of their own. However, if indeed that's what has happened the Directors have a duty of care to their customers and should post information on their website to let everyone know what is happening and personally be on the phone to keep the phone lines open.

No matter what price you are quoted don't buy! I have still not had my items bearing in mind I ordered in December!! I try to email and phone and can't get through. Will be looking to take this up with the FOS soon. Garbage company, be warned.

I am having the same problems as the other posters. I think they may have gone bankrupt. The phones just rang yesterday, now you just get the office is closed message any time of the day. Live chat on the website is also dead. One would hope the directors are not still taking money from people through the website as that would be wrongful trading, which they could be personally liable for. My advice is if you've been waiting a long time for a refund is to call your credit card company and start a section 75 claim. There is also chargeback for debit card payments.
