Jun 03,2021Very good service from The iT Store - the first time I have used them. My 3 year old MacBook had been struggling to charge and also would no longer connect via the lightning cable to any peripheries. The guys at iT kept my MacBook for assessment having asked for a £30 deposit, and I had a phone call three days later to say all fixed, charging issue fixed and now connects to peripheries. Device was completely stripped down, inspected, cleaned and rebuilt. Total cost paid £50 - very reasonable. Prompt, polite and efficient service. Covid secure. Would recommend.

May 21,2021I stumbled across this shop by chance and they sold me a supercool case for my iPhone which also charges. I had no idea such a thing existed and it was perfect for what I needed. It’s unusual for someone to find what you need instead of trying to persuade you you need the products they have. This team are delightful. They gave me some additional advice about third party products. They also cheered me up when I was trying to be a tourist on a wet and freezing spring day. (Well, they and the V & A.)

May 12,2021Dropped in with a startup issue on my MacBook Pro, diagnosed and fixed within an hour, superb service. Next time I need anything done on my I phone, I pad or MacBook I will be calling in to the it store. They have a superb range of refurbished phones I pads and laptops well worth a look

May 06,2021Oh my goodness, these guys are angels in the guise of IT experts. Not only have they helped with everything we needed, they are happy to jump online and source the gizmo that you are searching for (but have no idea what it is you actually need because everything is written in boffinese). Nothing is too much trouble and they are very fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Apr 28,2021I could not get a more helpful person. I called in on the off chance. He fixed my iPhone, but wasn’t quite happy with it. Asked for a little longer, within 2 hours totally fix and he even walked to the other shop to get me a screen protector so I didn’t have to. Price was cheaper than I’d been quoted elsewhere.

Apr 05,2021Our iMac was increasingly slowing down, difficulty with booting up and to open programmes and apps. The problem was identified as the existing mechanical hard drive and was replaced with a solid state drive. Problem solved and now running as good as new within two days.

I was told by Apple that the parts my MacBook needed were no longer in stock as my machine was vintage, and if they did have them the repair would cost about £500. The iT store took in my PC and a day later returned it working and looking brand new for £150. Excellent! Thank you.

Mar 26,2021Visited Canterbury repair shop by appointment for problem with iPhone 7 with top part of the screen not responding to touch. Staff member awaiting my visit, said he would investigate and suggested I return in 30 minutes by which time he expected to have diagnosed the problem. On my return problem diagnosed as faulty screen which staff member had almost finished replacing with new screen and the cost would be £50 with 1 year guarantee which accepted. On my return 10/15 minutes later screen replacement finished and phone fully working. I was most impressed with the service and thought cost reasonable. I will readily recommend this company to others for sales and repairs.
