Nov 13,2020The team here are excellent. I've been to them twice now with a Macbook. Once for a replacement keyboard, recently with a data transfer. Also just bought a reconditioned Macbook Pro. Customer service excellent, comms excellent and an issue with the purchased hardware was solved immediately and without fuss. My store of choice.

Nov 13,2020I came to them right before lockdown and they were very friendly and helpful. Luke called me as soon as he had updates, and my repair took a week (other stores said they needed 2-3 weeks). Laptop is as good as new! Definitely would recommend, impeccable customer service!

Oct 22,2020Having to WFH is bad enough in these times, but when your screen falls out of the housing, it causes no end of stress and panic as I totally rely on my computer! I contacted the store at 10pm that night and received an email and call by 10am the next morning. Took the screen down to the store half an hour later and it was fixed within the hour! Brilliant service! Luke was great at explaining the various outcomes and did exactly what he told me he would do! Would totally recommend them.

Oct 21,2020Excellent service. These guys really know their stuff. I had both an MacBook Air and my iMac desktop repaired last week. I was ready to replace the iMac with a new model, but Tom saved the old one by just replacing the drive, saving me lots of money. It's now running as good as new! As is the laptop. I would thoroughly recommend chatting to these guys before spending thousands on new products. A big thumbs up from me! Thanks again, Tim

Oct 19,2020Somehow Mark managed to save my Mac from what seemed like almost certain death after all keys started malfunctioning, managing to fix a temporary solution whilst they ordered in an extra piece for me, and then within hours of coming back replaced my whole keyboard in a couple of hours. Incredibly reasonable price, from what I can work out at least 60% cheaper than the Apple Repair would have been with better customer service and on-the-day repairs! Thanks so much :)

Oct 17,2020Brilliant service from all the guys in the store. I bought 3 old iPhone containing very precious photos and videos which I just couldn't retrieve myself. I'd been keeping them running such a long time as I couldn't bring myself to lose those photos and could never find anyone who could help. I was a constant source of stress and money wasted. When I got a new phone I decided to try again to find someone to help which is when this new place The IT Store was recommended to me. What a relief! The guys were so friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix it straight away! 3 days and a very small fee later and I not only had all my photos and videos on a storage device but Mark had also downloaded everything from my icloud too. Kevin also helped me with some niggles I was having with my new android phone. Can't recommend them highly enough. They took all the stress out the situation and fixed the problem without any issues. Thank you, thank you! 😀
