Really impressed with the IT store! I walked in with my Macbook Pro that had hardware issues, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, by providing me different options to me to either upgrade my Macbook Pro, or trade it in for a new one. It was hard to turn down the price they offered for my existing laptop (better than the prices offered to me online at PC world and Stormfront) and the new specs I could get on a refurbished model. I've had my new Macbook Pro now for over a month and I'm so pleased with it, especially the price, where I'd have paid £2k+ if I was to have gone to Apple for a brand new model. I have already recommended the IT store to many of my Apple-minded friends!!

Amazing customer service popped in today as my screen cable came loose on my iPhone, fixed it for me free of charge as I’m a customer there and within 5 minutes whilst I waited Excellent service

Have just returned from taking my MacBook to The iT Store for a small problem that I didn't think was able to be fixed having visited another Mac shop first. I was greeted with a warm welcome and was able to explain the problems I had been getting, The Gentleman instantly focused himself on my problem and began looking up software solutions online and explaining how we was going to look at fixing it. Within 15 minutes the problem was fixed and he also explained how to use the solution to achieve the outcome I was looking for. Amazing customer service and I will be returning.

Popped in to see about my iPhone mot charging, most helpful team I’ve met in a long time, very honest and professional!! Told from another company my iPhone charging was fine, however the ITstore spotted the problem straight away Thanks again!

The hard drive on my 2010 iMac was starting to fail so the iTstore upgraded it to a new SSD solid state drive and took care of all the data transfer etc. to the new drive - my Mac is now running better than it ever has (and faster!). They did a really quick turnaround on the whole job and will certainly be my first port of call regarding anything Apple in the future. Many thanks.

I brought in my iPhone X after my toddler managed to completely block the ear speaker with Pannacotta following a visit to Prezzo the evening before. I had already been to Stormfront and CPW who suggested a trip to Apple but it wasn’t likely my warranty would cover any repair. I.T. Store to the rescue - in 15 minutes the speaker was fully cleaned and unblocked saving lots of stress and an expensive trip to apple. Thank you again for a great service!

I had problems with my Ipad Air and i needed it re-setting as i had issues doing so through ITunes on my PC. Neil at the shop sorted the Ipad out efficiently and guided me through set up and Icloud restore. I would recommend The IT Store to everyone. Excellent and friendly service.

What gems! Thought I needed a full software scan to make sure there were no nasties on my Macbook - so called into the store on the off chance and the lovely IT Store people did a quick but thorough malware check for free, there and then and gave my macbook the all clear. Really friendly service, faultless repair of my phone screen. Although they didn’t have the necessary screen in stock when I first visited, the staff were very apologetic about this so I would definitely come here again should I need to in the future.
