Aug 25,2018I want to write a review as I was so impressed with the service that I received from The iT Store this afternoon. Nothing seemed too much trouble, they spoke clearly and explained everything simply for me. It was in fact my father's iPad that I had taken in to the store, the storage was full and he could not take any more photos and I needed advice how to do this. I left the store with my father iPad now with just one account (not 3!) and lots of free space again. I told them they had made a 90 year old gentleman a very happy man again! Thank you, I will definitely know where to go I the future and shall recommend Canterbury iT Store to my friends.

Aug 24,2018The company was recommended to me by an IT professional and I have no regrets about my dealings with Neil. The issue was diagnosed quickly and fixed and an additional recommendation made to improve my laptop performance which had become very slow. I accepted the recommendation and within a day I had my laptop back working faster than ever. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Aug 10,2018Our business consulted The IT Store recently when we were reviewing our office network. They gave us excellent, thoughtful and independent advice on how best to manage our requirements. They configured a first rate network storage box (not made by apple, but completely compatible) so all our Macs are solidly backed up, with emergency power for our server. They have recommended a programme of improvements for our - very rural - broadband connection which we are implementing. Having used macs for longer than I care to remember it's a pleasure to deal with people that value the mac as a really practical, reliable workhorse, not just a fashion statement (though they're very pretty, too!)

Aug 09,2018I have quite a lot of Apple kit and have built my working life around it. I discovered the IT Store about 3 years ago and would not consider now going anywhere else for repairs, advice, new kit, secondhand kit and general problem solving. No one is perfect I suppose and if there ever was a problem I’m confident that it would be satisfactorily resolved.

Jul 19,2018This was our second visit to store. Much better than going to an apple outlet. Fast, friendly service no condescending looks because we are of the "older generation". Fair trade-in price for an iPhone 6. Previously got my old iPad working in less than two hours after an update that rendered it impossible to login. Would highly recommend. Would certainly visit again but not too soon as the temptation to spend is irresistible.

May 22,2018What a great find, ie. the iT Store in Canterbury. Told by Apple Store, after having to wait for 3 days for appt for them to look at my Mac desktop, that Apple don't repair anything over 6 years old. I took it over to The iT Store who tested it straight away and that the hard drive was the problem. they ordered a new hard drive the next day, (I was there on Bank Holiday Monday) it was installed and tested the following day and was then ready to pick up that same day with a year's guarantee. The staff are brilliant. So helpful and knowledgeable, I will always go there with any future problems. While in the shop I saw that they have lots of 2nd hand Apple products for sale at great prices. I've recommended them to many friends as I was so impressed.

May 16,2018At last, a shop that treats the customer right. I have bought a laptop and two phones and had a couple of repairs done byThe iTStore and have always found they will 'go the extra mile' to help solve my computer problems or make sure I get the laptop etc., that suits me best - not just try and sell me the most expensive thing in the shop. The staff are always very helpful, patient and courteous. I've recommended The iTStore to several friends (something I don't do lightly) who found the same.

May 14,2018I've dealt with the IT store multiple times, both for service and to buy equipment. All our business was conducted remotely, as I reside about 100 miles north from them. The've always been helpful, honest, and were able to provide me with the product or service I needed. I would definitely recommend using them for Apple equipment.
