Mar 10,2021Took my 27” iMac in for a hard drive to ssd conversion and data transfer, done very well and good information prior to work being done, good COVID protection with such helpful people, iMac now flys better than when I first brought it, highly recommend to all.

Mar 03,2021I'm satisfied with the repairs done to my macbook, thank you. I just thought £100 was a little steep for a sofware issue which was probably not more than 15 to 20 minutes work tops, and in the past when I have taken computers etc in for repair they had also been beautifully professionaly cleaned which didn't occur on ths occasion unfortunatley. BUt I would say that I am sufficiently satisfied, thank you

Mar 02,2021I was pleased to find somewhere that was able to replace a mobile phone battery during lockdown. The repair shop appeared to to be well protected against covid infection, using a pre-booked appointment. The battery was replaced and I had the phone back within 40 minutes.

I booked, I rang to check prices and time slots, I delivered the laptop to a very polite, Covid-safe technician, and he rang me later that day to say the laptop was repaired and I collected a repaired, like new laptop! Couldn't be happier, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend and I will use again in future (and I live 30 miles away).

Feb 02,2021My older I Pad appeared to be in its last legs. I asked Mark in the I Store in Reform Street Dundee for his thoughts. He suggested fitting a new battery, which was duly fitted. However the original problem persisted. Mark patiently went through the apps etc updating deleting etc. This appears to have worked and iPad is performing well. Throughout the process both Mark and his partner were extremely helpful. Thank you

No unnecessary work or parts, totally different and favourable repair approach and price than any of the other businesses had suggested.

Jan 20,2021My 2014 MBP developed a major hardware related fault which meant it was effectively useless. On taking it to the local authorised Apple retailers I was surprised to be told "sorry, it's 'vintage' we can't touch it"! At least I was pointed in the direction of the ITStore in Dundee which I didn't know existed! Staff there were great. It did turn out to take some time to get to the root of the problem but staff kept at it and came up with a solution to get the MBP sorted - working perfectly now. Communication was really good throughout the process - keeping me posted on progress and discussing options. Thanks again Mark and Kevin. Highly recommended!

Dec 29,2020I arrived at the store helpless, but upon entering the store I was reassured and assured that the computer would be repaired. After a few days I arrived at the store to pick up the computer, and the computer was completely repaired. Excellent short and efficient service with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!

My laptop was fixed within a day and was like getting a whole new machine. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting laptop repairs or just a nice chat!

Mar 14,2021Excellent service from the guys at iT Store; very friendly and can-do when I spoke to them on the phone. Once booked in, everything was very quickly dealt with, in fact my daughter iPhone X was fixed quicker than anticipated (pushed-in power button and then DFU'ing). They were able to free the stuck button and rebuild rather than taking the easy and profitable option of fitting a new assembly - I like that, it builds trust. New battery fitted as well, and my daughter is absolutely delighted. I have got the tools to do this myself, and am technically capable, but this would've been my first iPhone repair, and frankly it's quicker and less risky to let the pros do it - glad I did, done and dusted. Cheers guys!
