Oct 08,2020I went to the store in Canterbury as I'd spilt liquid on my quite old mac. After the apple store told me it would be hundreds of pounds to fix all I was hoping for was that they maybe able to restore the hard drive. They fix the whole thing for £150 I am so so so pleased - great service too.

Sep 27,2020I am absolutely delighted and cannot recommend the IT Store highly enough. They greatly improved the operation of my old 2011 MacBook Pro and replaced its battery. I had never imagined this would have been possible. It’s now practically a new machine at a fraction of the cost. The job was quickly done and the service friendly and professional.

I got advice, no pressure to purchase new phone, battery replaced all while I waited. Helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant staff . I have already recommended and will certainly visit again to purchase when laptop needs replacement.

The battery of my macbook needed replacing, other places had said it would take 1 week minimum and cost around £200... Got it done here for £100 in 10minutes while I waited!! Very friendly, very helpful and brilliant service, thank you again!

Sep 20,2020Dundee store. These guys went above and beyond to help me to try and fix my iPhone. They were just about to close up but still agreed to repair the home button as I was fairly desperate. Both guys were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this store, it is clean, modern and their work competitively priced. They really deserve to do well.

Sep 11,2020I have just had possibly the best customer service that I can remember. After having given up on retrieving a document that had for some fathomable reason deleted itself. I tried a number of shops, including Stormfront, each without success, and each one trying at the same time to sell me recovery packages. I had given up when one day I was passing the newly opened IT Store in Dundee and decided to give it one last go. Kevin, the Manager was very understanding of my problem and brought Mark, the technician into our conversation. They both agreed to see what they could do. Imagine my surprise when, a few days later, Mark called to say he had found my document (and I didn't need to buy any recovery products!) I am so impressed at Marks skill, both were very personable, friendly, knowledgable and more importantly concerned about recovering my document. It is not an overstatement to say that this document was two/three years of writing and an important document to a lot of people. Their after care is excellent. I returned to the store on the strength of this fantastic service and purchased some of IT's other products. They definately have my custom for as long as the IT Store is in Dundee and intend to recommend Kevin and Mark to all my friends.

Sep 09,2020I cannot recommend the iT Store highly enough - I went in with a water damaged laptop expecting the absolute worst and they were able to save all the data and help me move the drive to an affordable replacement computer. It was a highly stressful scenario and yet everyone I interacted with was understanding and kind. I will definitely be going back for any future computer issues. Thank you all again!

Sep 05,2020I had some software work done on an ageing Macbook Pro, so I could use OSX10.8 as well as MacOS10.14. I was pleased with the IT Store. The service was friendly and I didn't have to wait a week for a slot in their schedule, a small problem that tends to arise with better-known businesses that supply and service Apple hardware. It's good to have two Apple-based businesses in Canterbury; they complement each other nicely. If you want new hardware there's Stormfront. If you want already-used hardware I'd go to the IT Store.

Sep 02,2020I have been having some hardware problems with my old Macbook Pro 13" and I decided to give this new shop a try. I have already tried to fix the laptop in another local shop, but to no avail. My laptop has even been pronounced dead. Meanwhile it took the guys at the IT Store only one day to identify the problem and fix it. After visiting a few Apple stores and repair shops, this was the best service I received.
