I was very impressed and pleased by the service received from the IT store Canterbury. I had a problem with my laptop which would not charge up more than 50%. Various solutions were tried until the problem was resolved. Throughout the process the staff could not have been more helpful or courteous. They never gave up trying to resolve the issue or lost patience when I had to return my laptop for the next diagnosis.
The customer service in this store is outstanding. No matter what my issue, they always have an answer, let alone patience for my limited skillset lol. cannot recommend highly enough!!
I was so impressed with the store and the amazing customer service I received. I struggle with IT and the issue I had was of a very sensitive nature. The shop owner Neil and member of staff Oliver were both extremely understanding, knowledgable and went above and beyond to help me. If ever I have any issues in the future I will definitely be going back to these IT superheroes!

My iPad was really not doing at all what it usually reliably does. Wouldn’t upload or send an image either. I took it to the folk in the IT store and low and behold- fixed with care and good humour and the image went safely on its way. Thank you !

Very friendly staff, good advice, good prices. All boxes ticked. And fitted a new battery into my old laptop in just a few hours just as they promised. A definite ten out of ten.
The it store is my go to place for laptops and laptop service. Friendly, quick and without fuss, they provide an excellent service.
So happy I went into the IT store. My Mac had run out of battery and wasn’t recharging. I took it in - they opened it there and then - did something with the battery and it miraculously revived. They also synced all my files to my phone just in case it happened again. No charge for any of this - a brilliant service - I am so grateful.

Sadly the IT store have responded negatively to our accurate review with yet more fabrications of the truth. We only ever had 2 drives and brought these to the store and still have the paperwork, as they also do to prove this. The IT store should refer to the facts and only post accurate details on this site as we have done, so that potential customers can make an informed decision. We posted our review when we were shocked to find out they were still in business and still hadn’t refunded or responded. We rest our case. We don’t take pleasure writing negative reviews and will post a positive comment on another company’s good customer service to counter act this negativity.
Ahhh man I didn’t think I’d have to write another bad review, but after seeing their reply I have to talk about how passive aggressive they are. No way they’re telling me I asked them to “persevere” to recover my MacBook, when I only asked them after nearly two months IF IT WILL BE DONE AND FIXED after they told me after nearly a month they think it’s fixable. In no way did I express before the one month mark hit that I NEEDED it to be fixed. I simply kept calling to ask the progress of what was happening since they don’t update me on anything and btw they originally told me they would call me after a week to tell me it’s fixable or not. Did I get that call? Nope. I had to chase them up constantly to find out if they were doing their JOB, which they express how it was costly on their side. Lol ok?? If you didn’t think you could fix it then tell me that beforehand, you waited nearly two months to tell me something that should’ve taken a week on your part. And don’t try to make me sound like I’m stupid, I know exactly what I’m talking about. Your lack of communication and support was your greatest downfall in this case. I genuinely don’t even care about the fact that it wasn’t fixable , it’s stressful having to chase something up constantly and ask the progress of something because you know inside that they only do things when you actually CALL. Also don’t say “we do not have any repairs that cost £700 - £800” when you told me that’s the estimate of what I’d have to pay when I went into the store and asked how much it would cost all together. The gaslighting you provided in your reply to me was phenomenal. Man said you got mad because I asked you to do your job lol.
Needed to change my out of date lap top and am now the proud owner of a pre owned MacBook Pro. Still has 8 months warranty but Neil, the owner of the IT Store added a further 12 months. The whole transaction and experience was more than positive. Could have probably saved a few pounds by purchasing on line but this would not have given me part x on my old lap top or, more importantly the patient face to face service. Neil transferred everything from my old machine and also linked my Apple phone to the machine. In transferring the data, am now using Apple mail and diary equivalent. All done professionally and calmly. At no time did I feel patronised; on the contrary was made to feel a valued customer. will not hesitate to visit again with my IT issues including next phone upgrade. Added bonus, near neighbours with some great coffee shops!

I visited the store for help with my old i-phone. These guys are amazing. They're really knowledgeable, approachable and so helpful - just a great and welcome customer experience. I genuinely cannot praise them more highly.
It took 15 days to diagnose the issue. They just cleaned my Mac, but charged me £100. My friend told me that he can help me and the price is absolutely unreasonable. I will not go here again. Frightening!
