Jan 14,2025Ordered a Yellowjackets wool jacket from here. The jacket was great, but the size was smaller than I expected. They were great in working with me to resolve the issue. My daughter loves the jacket. Great customer service and would buy from again👍🏻

Jan 14,2025Sizes run very small, look at size chart and measure. With that being said, my jacket was too small and they replaced it with proper measurements and it fits perfectly! I love it!!

Jan 12,2025The customer service has been really good before and after my order. I purchased the 1989 leather/wool varsity jacket and it looked just like the pictures. I would mention that it does fit small, so read the sizing guidelines and consider sizing up.

Jan 11,2025I ordered a Santa Claus suit from Leather City. The first thing that impressed me was all the measurements they requested to custom build my suit, it obviously was not going to be an off the rack, double XL fits everyone suit. When I received the suit I found it to be very well constructed and out of a very nice material, it exceeded my expectations. The suit also fit well and I even received comments from people when I was wearing it that it was obviously custom made. I also exchanged emails with Leather City several times during the ordering process and was very pleased with their prompt, helpful, and friendly responses. Thank you Leather City.

Jan 10,2025This company has renewed my faith in shopping abroad while online. sending my measurements and requirements, everything was met with care, accuracy, and with and excess of professionalism. I've had my coat for a long time now as i wanted to test it properly during all 4 seasons and quite frankly i don't think i will ever go to another company for coats again. mine was the Bladerunner2049 themed full leather in personalised measurements. i wear it everywhere to be honest.there are no rips, no tears, no drying out of the leather and no faults whatsoever. i very highly recommend this company. they will keep in contact whilst you wait, and answer everything you have regarding the order/products.

Jan 09,2025THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!!!! would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a coat in October. I understood it would take a while to get to me. By December I had emailed several times with extremely minimal communication. They finally shipped me a jacket that doesn't even remotely look like what I ordered, and it was massive even though I went by their size guidelines. I emailed them and they said they would resolve it after Christmas. I started messaging and got no response. I finally called and they said they were unable to fulfill the order and would refund me but I could keep the huge ugly coat they sent, but would look further into why they couldn't honor my order since the jacket is still on their website, this is the response I received verbatim: "Additionally, we have informed our team to either update the product details or clarify that the jackets are not screen-accurate representations." Not screen accurate is one thing but sending a completely different coat is unacceptable. Do not waste your time and money! *update. After them bullying me into taking me review down, I will at least edit my review to state that they have issued me a refund after 3.5 months of not receiving what I ordered, they have let me keep the incorrect jacket that doesn't fit anyone I know, and finally pulled the product from their website after me requesting this 3-4 times. I will give them an additional star in that- in their minds they are finally attempting to make things right, but I still do not wish anyone to order something, expect to receive that product, get something so completely different from what they ordered and have to fight for so long to have the issue resolved. Do what you will with this information.

Jan 09,2025Great communication. I ordered a medium but after an email conversation went for the large, however I am not that tall so kept the length of the sleeves a little shorter. It arrived (very quickly considering I ordered just before Christmas) and it fits perfect. The Leather looks good quality and standard of workmanship also top class. So far cannot praise too highly. Many thanks - looking forward to next Christmas!

Jan 08,2025Shortly after I order the Santa coat I received an email asking for my measurements. When the coat arrived it fit perfectly. The leather is impressive looking and the fur trim looks awesome. They exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

Jan 08,2025I ordered a coat based from this website in response to the excellent reviews, and whilst my order has not been as smooth as I would like, having a couple of issues with sizing. I cannot rate the customer service of this company enough, there communications have been second to none, and I cannot fault the actions that have been taken to ensure I have been left happy with the overall experience.
