I ordered a jacket (that was absolutely beautiful but a tad too small) and they are making the replacement process as easy as possible. I didn't expect this level of care and consideration, what a wonderful surprise!

The product itself is also great. The shoes were as advertised - they look amazing and are very comfortable. The quality is also very evident - I am not worried about these not lasting a long time. The only thing I might add is to clarify the pricing/currency on your site. Since the company contact address is in BC users will assume the currency to be in CAD not US. When I mistakenly assumed CAD your team was very good as well as flexible in addressing my concerns. Everything about my dealings with Leather City was excellent!

Jan 03,2025Very good customer service. I had to pay tax in Denmark, which came as a surprise. The Leather City has offered to pay half of the bill. I bought a rain jacket for my husband in XL. The size is a little smaller than expected, but the jacket is nice.
