Dec 18,2024I was surprised to receive an email from them right after my order. They double checked that my size is correct and made sure to edit the jacket to fit the dimensions I provided. The quality of the jacket was surprising, especially the zippers and leather edge piping!

Dec 17,2024The Leather City makes great products and has even better service. I needed a last-minute tailor-made coat for a cosplay event and they were the only business who were able to make what I needed and guarantee delivery in time. The coat was well-made and fit perfectly. All of that at a reasonable price.

Dec 17,2024I recently had a not so great experience with The Leather City, on a custom Dodgers varsity jacket I received yesterday. I also posted a not flattering post about this company that I was intent on keeping posted for an indefinite period of time. However, I was contacted by their customer service center who absolutely blew me away! They vigorously apologized for the inconvenience, gross disappointment and dissatisfaction I’ve experienced. They also advised that not only will they refund me, but will create another custom varsity jacket with upgraded adjustments to the problem areas of the initial jacket and pretty much promised a far better experience of customer satisfaction. I couldn’t be more happier with this proposed solution! I was advised that the replacement should be completed by the second week of the coming New Year… To be continued…

Dec 15,2024Beautiful coat! It smelled when it first arrived but I aired it out. I also hemmed it about 11 inches because I am 5'2 and wanted to wear sneakers. I ended up washing it cold water, gentle cycle and it washed well!

Dec 12,2024I ordered "The Christmas Chronacles" Santa Vest (wool). I am very satisfied with the quality of the product. The wool was heavier and thicker than I had expected. And the interior lined nicely. The Fur was a little different from the photos. The buttons are a sturdy metal and secured strongly. The belt was of a lessor quality but satisfactory. The size was exactly what I ordered. The service was helpful and proactive with assuring the size. It took a little longer than 3 weeks to arrive.

As a Big & Tall person, it was very much appreciated that it would fit my non-standard size.

The client service is perfect: They sent me an email to verify the dimension, and asked for measurements. It feels very personalized, and you know they'll make sure it fits you. Production time and shipping was fast, and I received it way before the expected delivery date. I received many compliments, as it looks fancy and imposing! I'm very happy and will definitely buy for that company again! Thank you!!!

I should have just stated my measurements from the get go, but when I received the jacket and it wasn't the fit that I wanted, they made it extremely easy to send back, and their communication throughout to get my exact measurements and desired fit were perfectly smooth and with quick responses. The result is a jacket that fits me absolutely perfectly and at a very reasonable price. I absolutely recommend them, and if you communicate your specific wishes to them via email, especially with pictures, there is no way you will be disappointed. Top-notch company.

Nov 18,2024We ordered a jacket for one of our staff for our Annual Halloween Parade. The Jacket we ordered from The Leather City was PERFECT in every way. It fit it perfectly (thanks to your ordering process regarding measurement) and the quality of the jacket exceeded our expectations. Several of our other staff and clients asked him where he got the jacket and he said "The Leather City" online. We sent the order in and immediately got a response from you regarding the size and how to size it appropriately. Then you followed up with emails to let us know when it was in transit and when to expect it. All was done in a timely manner. We wish we could have ordered other costumes and such in the same way. In fact, we cancelled an order with another company on Oct 29th as the costume we ordered from them at the same time we ordered the jacket from you, had not arrived and it was not custom made or sized other than S,M,L,XL. Keep doing what you are doing and you will be the "go to" company for many other companies and individuals

Nov 07,2024I have had a poor experience with another supplier when ordering from UK. The item got 'lost' on the way to me and they were no help at all, but eventually refunded my payment after three months. In contrast, The Leather City assured me of their service, contacted me to make sure the size I had ordered was correct, along with a handy list of exactly what the dimensions meant and sent me a notification that the item was on its way. In addition, it seems that there was a single courier for the entire delivery journey, so a reduced chance of the item being lost between different couriers. Delivery time was actually a third of the estimated time and, after a bad experience with a previous supplier, I was extremely happy with the product and especially the service received. There is no impression of AI generated responses, each email felt personal and helpful.

What I really appreciated was the communication. They wanted to verify the size I picked and explained what I should take into consideration when selecting my size. That communication allowed me to adjustment my selection and it worked out perfectly. I enjoyed the product and the service The Leather City provided!

Nov 06,2024The quality of the item I received is good. The jacket I received however is sheep leather according to the insert within the package. I paid for cow leather. I approached them for a credit of the difference but they insisted the item I received was cow leather and the insert was in error. The Leather is nice but thinner and a different texture than other cow leather items I possess.

Oct 29,2024I purchased the trench coat that Selena Gomez wore in an episode of Only Murders in the Building. I took a shot and googled where to buy it and The Leather City was top of the search results. I was impressed before I even received my order. After they received my order they followed up to confirm my measurements to make sure the coat would fit properly. Online orders don’t usually follow up like that. I received the coat yesterday and I could not believe the quality and the authenticity of the trench coat. I am so impressed! I cannot wait to wear it and show it off. I will be ordering from Them again!

Oct 29,2024I ordered the Emily In Paris Lily Collins Cape Coat and the first part of my 5 star experience came when I was emailed and called to ensure that I had ordered the right size. The representative took some specific measurements from me to ensure the coat would fit where I was unsure (length and neck circumference). When the coat arrived (much earlier than expected) it did not fit the description (the trim was made of a cheap material and there was no lining) which made it look cheap and was very itchy. I contacted customer support and they immediately responded. After some back and forth they asked if I would allow them to try again with high quality trim and a lining added and asked if I wanted the same size or modified. When I received my second coat I was pleasantly surprised at how soft the new trim was and the silky lining that was added! I love my coat now and all the care and attention to detail that went into getting it just right!

They truly went above and beyond explaining the types of measurements and how I could ensure the best custom jacket for her. I truly can't recommend them enough and will absolutely be getting my next jacket from them! The one I got my friend, for reference, was the Yellowjackets varsity jacket and it looks stunning - identical to how it looks on the show!
