Jul 04,2024Bestellung wurde einfach grundlos storniert. Auch auf nachfragen beim Support konnte kein Grund genannt werden. Außerdem wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass jegliche zukünftige Bestellung direkt und automatisch storniert wird - und diese Entscheidung final ist. Und das nachdem man bereits mehrfach dort bestellt hatte und es nie ein Problem gab.

Jul 02,2024I would never recommend using the Lego website to order anything from. You are far better going to a local shop and buying it from there. Their service is terrible, ordered something as a gift for a birthday and still hasn't been dispatched it's been sat in their warehouse for two days with no update. Even their customer service is appalling telling us oh nothing we can do and you can't cancel it now anyway, what an awful service. Would never recommend to use ever. Last time I ever shop on their website

Jun 25,2024Don't buy from Lego Australia online, go to a store instead. Bought a very expensive set from Lego Australia direct (online) and it arrived with a whole in the box. It was returned to Lego damaged immediatley. 6 weeks later still no refund. Lego Australia just don't care. Go to a shop, see the item is in good condition and buy it from them.

Jun 22,20240 stars. I ordered a gift card on the 16th June and it clearly stated 2-4 business day delivery. It is now the 22nd June and no sign of my order. It is intended as a child's birthday gift for tomorrow so unless lego deliver on Sundays it won't arrive in time. Very disappointed. I've contacted customer services by email and no response.

Jun 18,2024I back ordered a Lego set on 6th June on the understanding it would be shipped by 17th June. Today is the 18th and I had no dispatch email so I got in contact with them and was told it won’t ship until 10th July, almost a month after the delivery estimate! I feel it’s very dishonest of them to give delivery estimates which are so very wrong, especially when people are buying for birthday gifts as I had hoped to do. The chat assistant did upgrade my delivery method but it’s still nowhere near good enough.

Jun 18,2024Ich bin mit Lego aufgewachsen und auch nach 40 Jahren ist immernoch Begeisterung da. Aber das gilt nur noch für K****bausteine der Konkurrenz. Ich verweise sehr gerne auf den HeldenderSteine und diverse andere, die sich ausführlich mit den Produkten von Lego auseinandersetzen. Wenn man mal den Service und die Produkte von Lego mit anderen vergleicht, erkennt man die gewaltigen Unterschiede. Lego ist mittlerweile eine beschämende Marke für mich.

Jun 15,2024Innanzitutto voglio dire che ho una vera passione per questi mattoncini colorati. Ho acquistato per mio figlio una piccola confezione della serie Marvel che contiene Hulk come personaggio, pagata circa 10€. Al suo interno c'è una struttura del personaggio di circa 15cm che si può aprire e al suo interno c'è un piccolo Hulk. Facile da assemblare e molto carina. La consiglio!

Jun 06,2024Meine Familie hat Bestellungen aufgegeben, und all unsere Konten wurden gesperrt. Auf Anfrage heißt es, dass wir nicht bestellen können, weil wir in einem Einfamilienhaus leben, und auf diese Adresse 2 Accounts laufen. Wir sind also lebenslänglich gesperrt. Ich werde NIE wieder etwas von Lego kaufen. Die wollen anscheinend gar keine Kunden mehr haben....

Jun 05,2024LEGO is misleading children and adults alike by putting a huge and very visible dark box next to a product titled "Gifts with Purchase (2)" on their product pages when in fact if you don't read the fine print, those items are NOT included in the purchase of that item at all. My daughter and I made the purchase together, spending ~£140, and she was happy to see a slide set was included with the purchase, and now I have to explain to her that it isn't included after all? Awful, truly awful, and terribly misleading and manipulative for what is essentially a product for children.

Jul 23,2024Ich habe für meinen Sohn ein Lego Star Wars Set bestellt, allerdings nicht über Lego sondern über SmythToys. Das Paket kam am 13.7.24, der Lego-Karton war auch unbeschädigt, aber beim Auspacken stellte mein Sohn fest, dass eine Tüte offen war und zwei Figuren aus dem Set komplett fehlten. Daraufhin habe ich mich per Mail an Lego gewandt und das geschildert . Am nächsten Tag kam gleich eine Antwort, mit der Bitte die Chargennummer und den Kaufbeleg zu übersenden. Das tat ich, wiederum einen Tag später erhielt ich die Nachricht, dass die Ersatzteile auf dem Weg sind. Heute kamen beide Figuren an und mein Sohn ist super glücklich. Ich muss hier ein dickes Lob an den Kundenservice von Lego aussprechen. Die Antwortmails kamen sehr schnell, waren super nett geschrieben und dass dann auch noch problemlos die fehlenden Figuren so schnell ersetzt werden, finde ich Mega! Das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Hab mich auch per Mail bei ihnen bedankt……das ist bestimmt auch nicht selbstverständlich. 😉
