I'll be honest, the reviews here don't make much sense to me. As someone who has delivered customer service to customers in the past, this is literally the benchmark that I refer to and I frequently refer to them when delivering training for my colleagues. Every experience I have had through Lego directly has been pleasant and speaking with the reps has genuinely been great. I feel like I've spoke to actual human beings. Want to hear genuine reviews? This is a review for LEGO customer service and website. In a word: USELESS. I have points on my LEGO points card which I earned by buying very expensive sets in store. I wanted to purchase a set that is about to be retired soon on the website - there was a long, complicated process to cash in points; a code sent to my email address etc. When I tried to enter the code at the checkout, it stated that the code wasn't valid, that it had to be 12 characters long (it was MUCH longer, the code that was sent to me). I tried to call customer service via the number provided online. When I called, an automated service stated that the number had CHANGED. I called the new number but either the number 'wasn't recognised' or there was no answer. LEGO is a corporation that makes BILLIONS each year and yet they are unable to provide a simple and coherent online service. I was NOT satisfied. This process was a waste of my time. I won't be purchasing the item now. I strongly advise all customers to stay clear of trying to purchase from the website, so to the store instead. I would give less than one star if I could.
Bin und bleibe enttäuscht mit dem Versand, die Versand-Verpackungen sind schlecht. Habe schon unzählige verletze Inhalte (BOXEN) erhalten und diesmal war die Verpackung in so schlechten Zustand, dass sie sogar offen ankam. Inhalt verdrückt, alle drei Sets. Als Geschenk unbrauchbar. Schade, denn die Produkte wären OK.
Ik besteld twee producten zij hebben alleen een gestuurd in de doos. Nu is al betaald en kan jij met niemand contacten. Dieven. Koop nooit bij lego.com!!!!
Ist schon der Hammer bei einem Lego Technik für über 600Euro ( Titanic ) fehlen permanent Teile und diese um weiter zu kommen ständig nachbestellt werden. Anscheinend gibt es Probleme mit der Mathematik um eine so Teure Angelegenheit permanent unvollständig auszuliefern, oder evtl. eine Geschäft Idee um mehr am Produkt zu verdienen ??
I had an enjoyable experience with my grandson at Lego Battersea Power Station during half term, where he bought a ‘Dancing Groot V29 Lego set for £39.99. We were horrified to find the same kit in John Lewis, Kingston the next day at priced at £29.99 !!!!!!!!!!! How can Lego justify this £10 price difference to a 12 year old spending his hard earned pocket money? Needless to say, we will not be buying anything in the Lego store again. Lego enthusiasts… please take note!!!!!!
Ordered a large Lego set online for my Husbands birthday. It was delivered very quickly. The set came with a free gift, being a smaller sweet shop lego set. Great rewards offered via the Insiders programme. Will definitely purchase online again.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered ! No tracking info and parcel delivered to collection point days ago with no notifications . I now can’t collect it as no Dpd qr code ! All Lego are happy to do is return the item ! God knows when I get my money back ??awful !
I ordered the small millennium falcon,from lego,bits,missing again, screw lego, I am throwing this set away,it was a free set, meccano is so much better, And lego, I don't care,if you read this,and disagree, tough luck,and I will tell people what I think of your company Good riddens
Lego are a super company, always very helpful, quick delivery and I love Lego House and Legoland. They are incredible experiences to do and Lego house especially is great value for money.
Un mois avec on a le droit de demander notre avis et qu'on est dans un pays libre je vais pas me donner pour dire ce que j'ai à dire j'ai acheté un Lego le numéro de série 21333 et il me manquait en tout une bonne vingtaine de pièces et vu le prix du Lego moi je trouve que c'est un peu exagéré moi je leur ai écrit pour demander un remboursement de la moitié de la boîte qui n'est pas grand-chose je te prie de la boîte et surtout que c'était un cadeau que mon compagnon m'a fait et que je trouve ça un peu exagéré je sais que je travaille c'est pas facile je sais que c'est pas évident mais franchement faut pas nous prendre pour des bip

Website says 2-5 business days for delivery. I ordered on the 2nd of October and still nothing! Got an email on the 5th to say their warehouse was very busy. Another email on the 7th to say it had been dispatched with a tracking number and for the last 4 days it hasn't moved. Each day it just says "in transit" with no ETA. I contacted their customer service who were actually very helpful and apologised but definitely better off ordering from somewhere like Smyths or Amazon who are trustworthy and have accurate delivery information
Mieser Kundenservice aller Zeiten für so ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen. Mitarbeiter versprechen was aber davon passiert nichts. KI ist auch nur zum Vergraulen da. Versandpartner DPD bekommt auch nichts hin . Auf seine Rückzahlung darf man auch getrost hinterher schreiben. LEGO SHOP ONLINE NEIN DANKE !!!
I’m absolutely fed up with LEGO’s horrible customer service. I ordered products from their website and never received a thing. Instead of taking responsibility, LEGO has consistently refused to provide any proof that the package was delivered to me. They claim UPS confirmed delivery, but when I asked for basic verification like a photo, signature, or GPS location, they flat out told me, “We take UPS’s word for it.” Really, LEGO? This is how you handle missing packages? The Full Story: 1. No Proof, No Accountability: Despite multiple calls and emails, LEGO refuses to offer any proof of delivery. In fact, when I spoke to a customer service rep named Matthew, he openly admitted that LEGO wouldn’t help further and told me to just “deal with it.” This is beyond unacceptable—LEGO is keeping my money without delivering the products I paid for. 2. Passing the Buck to UPS: LEGO seems to think that once the package leaves their warehouse, they can just wash their hands of any responsibility. Newsflash, LEGO: under consumer protection laws, you’re responsible for ensuring I receive my order. But apparently, LEGO thinks it can just hide behind UPS and leave customers high and dry. 3. Worst Customer Experience Ever: The arrogance of LEGO’s customer service is mind-blowing. After hours spent on the phone and emails that went nowhere, I was basically told that their decision was final and that I wouldn’t get my money back or even proof that my package was delivered. This is a giant company that should be able to handle something as basic as proving a delivery. Don’t Buy From LEGO Directly: LEGO’s customer service is a joke. I’ve never had this experience with any other major retailer. Be warned—if your package goes missing, LEGO will not help you. I trusted LEGO to deliver, and instead, they’re just pocketing my money and refusing to even provide proof of delivery. Unbelievable.
Leider ist der Lego online Shop nicht empfehlenswert. Bereits bei der Bestellung gab es Schwierigkeiten. Es gab die Möglichkeit per Rechnung zu bestellen, hat das System auch angenommen,später erhielt ich eine Mail,das die Summe den Rechnungskauf übersteigt.Es folgte ein Telefonat mit dem Kundenservice und diese Bestellung wurde mit Einverständnis storniert, ich musste neu bestellen. Der nächste Punkt ist die ewig lange Lieferzeit. Meine Bestellung kommt einfach nicht zur Auslieferung, trotz Zahlung per PayPal. In der Sendungsverfolgung, die ich erhalten habe, hängt sie 5Tage!!!In der Zustellung zum DPD Zentrum, heutzutage eine glatte 6!!! Bestellvorgang und Lieferzeit sind eine Katastrophe zur heutigen Zeit!!!! Die Mitarbeiter am Telefon sind nett und höflich.
Absolutely rubbish. Placed order and paid. Item in stock but apparently just sitting in the warehouse. My advice would be don't bother ordering online. Buy in a shop by all means but their delivery leaves much to be desired. I won't order from them again.

Tra questi uno in particolare, vorrei ringraziare Luca, del London Lego store, che é stato molto più che disponibile nei miei confronti e gentilissimo nell’aiutarmi a trovare quello che cercavo, molto educato e super simpatico. Tornerò sicuramente a trovarlo quando passo per Londra e chissà, magari troverò tante altre cose belle. Grazie Luca.
