Jun 03,2024Ich habe ein MEHRERE Hunderter teures Lego Set bestellt und zu 100% die PayPal Später bezahlen Funktion ausgewählt. Ende vom Lied: Trotz 1A Kreditwürdigkeit wurde das später bezahlen ignoriert und ich muss jetzt zusehen, wo ich das Geld auftreibe. Natürlich kam bei beiden Parteien die Aussage "Haben wir nichts mit zu tun / Können wir leider nichts dran ändern".

Jun 03,2024Mein Sohn liebt Lego Duplo und wir auch! Die Qualität ist Top es ist ein langlebiges rafinniertes System in allem. Wir haben ein Teil Baggerschaufel leider verloren haben beim Kundenservice gefragt ob man es nachbestellen kann. Da es ziemlich neues Sortiment wird es uns geschickt. Zu meinem Erstaunen sogar kostenlos ! Vielen Dank hierfür !

May 29,2024Mona lisa kunstværket købte jeg i troen om at det var den ægte vare. Men i stedet modtager jeg en kineskiskproduceret falsk elendig lavkvalitetskopi lavet af plastik i lav kunsterisk kvalitet. 900 kr lige ud af vinduet spildt på dette skrald man knap nok kan kalde en dårlig imitation af mona lisa. Det er en synd at udnytte en af historiens bedste kunstværker bare for at tjene penge.

Hoy es el sexto día y aún no me ha llegado, y con peor razón es un regalo para mi sobrino y está triste y decepcionado con el servicio. Nunca más voy a comprar en su web ya que no cumplen lo prometido. ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡LEGO SERVICIO NEFASTO!!!!!!!!!!!

May 16,2024After sending my May 1st purchase and GWP to an address I removed off their system and not used in 6 years I was informed it was sent back to their warehouse a week ago, no calls, emails nothing. After calling and speaking to another customer service agent I was advised there is no customer service agents located in Australia anymore and Lego Australia is now just essentially a shipping agent. Ever since they started using Australia Post over TOLL from the their shipping agent K & N everything especially their customer service has gone down the toilet.

May 14,2024Wir haben zur Star Wars Aktion zugeschlagen. Meine Jungs waren von der Aktion sehr angetan. Allerdings ist die Begeisterung in extremen Frust und Ärger umgeschlagen. Grund: unglaubliche lange Lieferzeit. 2-3 Werktage waren angekündigt. Nach knapp 10 Werktagen ist immer noch nichts. Das war unsere letzte Bestellung über den Lego-Shop. Sorry. So geht das nicht.

May 13,2024Giorno 2 di maggio c.m. mio figlio ha fatto richiesta online di alcune parti che si erano danneggiate in particolare ruota del mercedes F1 W14 E performance subito la richiesta è stata evasa. Oggi 13 maggio ha ricevuto il pacco con i "mattoncini" richiesti. Oggi quando tornerà da scuola, mio figlio, sarà entusiasta. Tutto questo a costo "0". Con la lego il gioco è una "cosa" seria 10+++++++GRAZIE, saluti Vito e il piccolo Andrea

May 13,2024Une marque qui n'a aucune créativité. Inventer ils ne savent pas mais poursuivre ceux qui sont investis à réaliser ce que LEGO n'est pas capable et bien c'est dérangeant pour eux par jalousie ! En 2024, Lego n'a jamais rien fait d'historique sur les guerres mondiales, l'histoire. Ils ont une politique de Wokisme en matière d'apprendre à vos enfants les couleurs du drapeau Arc-en ciel mais pas l'histoire🤔 Ridicule, aucune créativité, cher pour ce que vous proposez , du vide, ça vole haut Lego. Ils investissent plus d'argent pour chasser en justice les 3D imprimeurs qui eux ont du plastique ABS certifié dans les normes, là ça les déranges bizarrement au lieu d'investir chez eux Lego à créer eux même. Et ne parlons pas de leurs jeux Lego World le cerveau de la société(Lego)=0 logique, créer un jeu de création sans pouvoir personnaliser les PNJ des MAP ? Mais LEGO=chicken brain, BRAVO. Lego qui ne créer rien sur les guerres sous prétexte de ne pas proposer ces jeux historiques aux enfants alors que la marque finance la guerre en Ukraine🤔🤔🤔

May 11,2024On the 30th of April 2024 I booked a Lego rescue set for my grandson’s birthday. Delivery was advised to do four days which had plenty of time before his birthday. Purchase price taken from my credit card for goods did not arrive even though the website said they had been delivered. so on the 10th of April I rang Lego firstly to say we had a very disappointed young boy after 20 minutes eventually spoke to one of their agents called David. He insisted the goods and left their premises but they could not track them as apparently the carrier system was down. I asked to cancel the order, he said this was not possible as the goods are left the factory but they did not know where they were and insisted they had not been delivered although the email said they had. Absolutely no help whatsoever and would not accept responsibility as a retailer, for non-delivery of the goods. In the end I ordered the same goods on Amazon for £11 cheaper than direct from Lego and applied a chargeback on my card.

May 09,2024My son wanted to use his confirmation money on an expensive Star Wars purchase from Lego - he knew that the site was offering gifts over the May 4th period, so we held off purchasing until then. On the 4th I ordered and got a PayPal confirmation but had a feeling the site system didn't work correctly. On the 5th I mailed Lego but didn't get a reply until the 7th - whereupon they admitted that their site had an error, and my order hadn't gone through. Fair enough, frustrating but these things happened. I then asked about the 2 free gifts our purchase would have received to be told that they are sold out, sorry! Beware purchasing on the Lego site, they are slow to respond to problems they cause and, I would have to question did they even have the 'free' gifts to give out in the first instance.

May 07,2024Levering wordt niet thuis gebracht. Maken gebruik van DPD welke de slechtste vervoerder is van belgie. Nu kan ik weer gaan rijden om een pakket op te halen. Zal zeker adviseren een andere webshop te gebruiken als U lego wilt bestelken

Jun 04,2024Livraison extrêmement longue (+ de 3 semaines à la commande). Dates qui reculent au fur et à mesures des mails reçus quotidiennement. Prévu à domicile, mais finalement en point relais alors que mon adresse était bien indiquée… RELOU les gars ! Vu le prix qu’on paye le minimum c’est de livrer vite et bien… vous abusez !
