Had a peice missing from a set, so put in an order for a replacement. Was with me within 2 weeks for free! Fantastic service from Lego.
Made and order online at lego.com and paid for a 2 day delivery.......... 3 working days later my item is still in warehouse and not been sent. Really poor and by now i would have just cancelled the order but says you can't. Wouldn't recommend ordering from lego.com if you want your items even remotely quickly.

Es ist immer wieder erschreckend, wie weit Theorie und Praxis voneinander abweichen. Am 10.12.21 Lego-Teile nachbestellt. Laut Lego dauert eine Lieferungen innerhalb von Deutschland 10 bis 11 Tage. Am 19. Tag nach der Bestellung habe ich bei der Hotline nachgefragt, wann den meine Bestellung kommt. Ausweichende Antwort: "Momentan ist bei Lego viel los und meine Bestellung kommt bestimmt in der ersten KW 2022. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist wieder nachgefragt und man erklärte mir das das Weihnachtsgeschäft sehr stark war, das Corona- Bedingte Personalausfälle zu Problemen beim Versenden der Bestellungen die Ursache sind und es zu Verzögerungen von bis zu 18 Tagen kommen kann. Allerdings zum Zeitpunkt meiner zweiten Anfrage, war dieser Zeitrahmen bereits verstrichen. Jetzt haben wir den 33. Tag nach Absenden meiner Bestellung und ich habe immer noch nichts bekommen! Zusammenfassend muß gesagt werden, das der Kundenservice bei Lego diesbezüglich Grottenschlecht ist, aber das per PayPal überwiesene Geld haben sie wenigstens schon mal angenommen! Immerhin ein "positives!" Zeichen. Allerdings den Kunden von sich aus darüber zu informieren das es Probleme mit den Bestellungen gibt, gehört allerdings nicht zu den Stärken im Lego-Universum.

purchased an online Electronic Gift Card a few days before Christmas, gift card never received. Called 4 times, Spent hours on hold with customer service, connected with great people on the phone. They were concerned, courteous, professional, but never completed what they said they would do! It is as if they were just to take the call, defuse the situation, then click the delete button when it came to sending the gift card to our grandson. This happened each and every time. Still waiting on hold as I am typing this, and this will be the 5th call to customer service. Merry Christmas
[aggiornato 14/01/2022 - lieto fine] Il 17 dicembre ho ordinato 2 articoli dal sito della LEGO. Dal sito risultavano spediti entrambi con lo stesso codice di tracciatura. L'ordine è stato consegnato oggi, 29 dicembre, ma conteneva solamente uno dei due articoli, dell'altro nessuna traccia. Ovviamente il pagamento è stato fatto per entrambi. Ho provato a contattare LEGO spiegando il problema, vediamo se e quando mi rispondono... ... ... ... alla fine mi hanno risposto spiegandomi che l'articolo mancante era esaurito e chiedendomi se preferissi ricevere un altro articolo o un rimborso. Ho optato per il rimborso e in breve tempo ho ricevuto l'accredito. Il tutto ha richiesto un 3-4 giorni, quindi direi un buon servizio.
Tempi di spedizione IMBARAZZANTI
Nulla da dire sui prodotti, che sono fantastici. Ma il servizio di consegna è scandaloso. Ho ordinato il 17 dicembre, con consegna garantita entro Natale. Dal 23 il link per seguire il tracking non carica la pagina. Ho scritto al servizio assistenza clienti e non ho avuto ancora risposta. Oggi è il 28 e ancora non so se e quando arriverà il regalo di Natale per mia figlia.
Warum macht ihr keine Dragon ball super oder dragon ball z Lego figuren oder haüser oder so echt schade.
Acquisto fatto in tempo per ricevere il pacco entro Natale, così diceva il sito. Il pacco risulta in transito all'estero dal 21 dicembre. Nessun messaggio dal servizio clienti, nessuna risposta alle richieste inviate attraverso il sito, tutto tace. Forse devo attendere il prossimo Natale.
Imbarazzanti Ordinato sul sito il 16 con consegna garantita entro il 23 Oggi hanno posticipato la consegna al 27 Forse per loro il Natale si sposta di conseguenza RIDICOLI Sconsigliatissimo molto meglio Amazon o altri portali

Ich habe auf der offiziellen Homepage von Lego ein Set für Weihnachten bestellt. Leider kam bis heute nichts an. Tausend mal den Kundenservice kontaktiert und immer wieder nur die lahme Ausrede bekommen "es ist kurz vor Weihnachten".. Ähm, ich habe aber vor 30 Tagen per Express-Versand bestellt. Was stimmt mit diesem Unternehmen nicht? Alle kriegen eine pünktliche Lieferung hin nur LEGO nicht. Saftladen.
Ordered and paid for a Christmas Present. An (expensive) box set called ‘Santas Vist’ Never received a confirmation email. When I contacted customer services to ask if there was a problem (luckily I took a screengrab of the order number) I was told delivery would be….21st January, if at all…not possible to say. This is despite being shown a 3 day delivery and item ‘in stock’ at checkout. Was supposed to be a nice gift to family we are no longer able to see because of Covid. Lego; if your products are out of stock, just say so! Such a waste of time, and now so close to Christmas there will probably be no presents at all - you guys have caused a real disappointment. Customers: Make sure you take a screengrab of the order number at checkout (if like me you checked out as a guest) , because if not, navigating Lego Customer service will taken even longer. Easier to shop elsewhere tbh.

Returned my order on 19th November due to receiving it too late for a birthday present. As of today, I am still waiting for a refund and have been told it could be 6 weeks! That seems an awfully long time. Really disappointed. It does put me off ordering from Lego in the future.
Thank you for such a great customer service! I was struggling to get the right thing for my daughters birthday, the team they know what’s the best for what age, well trained and they work with passion! Thank you once again! My daughter absolutely loved it, also the freebies were great!
Terrible experience at first which was the the fault of DPD couriers... unexpected issue on day of delivery which led to the parcel being in limbo for 4 days. After rebooking a delivery date using DPD automated service I was informed it had been delivered to a completely different address...looks like it was going through the network back to Lego. Contacted Lego, didn't take long to speak to a human, who was really helpful and told me another set would be posted to me by express service. I received the set I ordered the next day by DHL.... Christmas saved as it was a present.
