I am so disappointed with 5 Minute Harry Potter Builds. It states on the box ‘Over 100 quick builds and challenges’ and would appear to have a variety of Lego to build a number of scenes as depicted in the ideas book. The reality is anything but. A wide selection of the child’s own bricks are required but many are quite specific items like wings etc. and where these pieces can be bought is the question. It doesn’t state clearly enough what Lego is in the box. This is a big con. Don’t buy it.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEGO My granddaughter was one piece short in her ANNA FROZEN CASTLE SET Rang customer service and they were great solving the problem Fabulous service The set is so colourful reasonably priced and the instructions are entertaining for her to follow to make up Will be buying her more sets to add to her collection A BIG THANK YOU LEGO from a very happy little girl!!

I recently built the Lego Bonsai Tree which in my opinion is the worst set I've come across, the set is weak, flimsy and just doesn't look nice, the instructions are very dark and difficult to follow, I contacted Lego about the design and they said it would be passed onto their product department. It's an awful design and it's one set I would not recommend.

Die schlechten Erfahrungen hier kann ich persönlich überhaupt nicht bestätigen. Wir lieben Lego, auch wenn die Preise mittlerweile wirklich utopisch sind (dafür 1 Stern Abzug). Da unsere E-Lok, nach 1 Jahr in Gebrauch, nicht mehr einwandfrei funktionierte, habe ich kürzlich Lego angeschrieben. Der freundliche Kundenservice bat mich daraufhin, das Problem zu schildern und ein Video zu schicken, in dem das Problem ersichtlich ist. Danach wurde mir nicht nur anstandslos ein neues Ersatzteil zugeschickt, sondern auch ein Retourenschein, mit der Bitte das defekte Teil zurückzusenden, um den Fehler bzw die entsprechende Charge analysieren und zukünftig vermeiden zu können. Was ich so in der Presse lese, engagiert sich Lego im Vergleich zu anderen für erneuerbare Energien bzw. sonstige Nachhaltigkeitsprojekte und arbeitet erfreulicherweise daran (was leider immernoch nicht selbstverständlich ist), dass Spielzeuge und Verpackungen nur noch aus recycelten, wiederverwertbaren oder biobasierten Kunststoffen bestehen. Dies soll bis 2030 vollständig erfolgt sein, was ich persönlich mit Spannung erwarte. Sehr schade ist, dass das Unternehmen seit einigen Jahren auch in China produzieren lässt.

Unfortunately I’ve been left no choice to write this negative review. My son had Lego titanic which we purchased from Lego directly for £589.99. Just after Xmas my husband treated me to the home alone house £259.99. Me and my son have both been building our sets together doing a bit each night. My son initially had a missing piece in his but at time he was still able to carry on the build as he took the piece from a bag to be used later in the build. Unfortunately also came across a missing piece in mine but couldn’t continue to the build. I went online and went through missing bricks etc and kept getting emails back saying couldn’t fulfil order. I contacted customer service next day whom seemed helpful and couldn’t understand why but were putting order through. I then get another email declining the order. I then called back to explain and they said must be system error we will manually sort this for you. Again same thing happened, called for a third time to say they will investigate but again said they will pit It through theirselves. I then had email the next morning saying they were unable to deliver to my address due to a fraudulent claim. I then contacted customer service again to ask them to look into this alleged claim and that I was getting a bit frustrated with this process over 2 missing pieces of Lego in very exspensive sets.. again another email just stating due to false claim they couldn’t send out the missing pieces but I could purchase them this was going to be over £20 For 2 small pieces of Lego + postage.. because they were coming from different places. I emailed an official complaint to which I had an email back from a manager to say that they couldn’t send out pieces when they decide not to do business with a customer again and yet again over this false claim that I’m still trying to get to bottom of. I offered to provide receipts of purchase which they have not been interested in. I went to my nearest LEGO store to see if they had the any of pieces, they hadn’t but also seems like a reoccurring error with the titanic having the same missing piece. I have since sent another email to LEGO wanting evidence of alleged claim and also think that they are just trying to get away with sending out lego that have been mis packed … I am yet to received my response from LEGO still with this evidence… my husband also tried to purchase the piece for titanic due to my son being a bit upset and they still refused to send this piece out so one email tells me to purchase but they won’t anyway. But what I don’t understand I ordered the titanic online and it was delivered as it should of been so there have been no issues/ complaints and now after Xmas i can now not purchase from them over a claim I have no knowledge of. We have lots of Lego sets which are usually purchased in store or brought as gifts and are signed up to their rewards and have been for a long time. I now have £850 worth of unfinished Lego we can not do without the missing pieces and Lego are refusing to sell or give us for free the missing pieces. I am looking at taking this further with an ombudsman for this absolute absurdness. I genuinely believe I’ve been mixed up with another customer or they are just making this story up to refuse to send pieces out. I have also told them if it doesn’t get sorted regardless of 14 days I will have no choice but to return both sets as they can not be completed

Vor Weihnachten 2 Lego Artikel bestellt,die verschuldet durch DPD zu spät kamem. Sendungen wurden zurück geschickt. Seit mehr als 4 Wochen und unzähligen Anrufen bei Lego warte ich nun schon auf die Erstattung des Kaufpreises(immerhin fast 200,00 Euro). Immer wieder gibt es Entschuldigungen und Versprechungen,nur das Geld kommt nicht. Sehr traurig für so ein renommiertes Hsus. Bin richtig enttäuscht.

The delivery process is horrendous. I'm guessing Lego has chosen Team Delivery Express to be their Australian carrier because they scored a bargain contract with them because they are terrible. If you miss the delivery (which has to be signed for) they will take it back to their only depot which is at the airport - a huge drive away. They attempted 2 deliveries which I was home for with the front door open and they did not make themselves known - they just left an I missed you card and buggered off. If you don't go through the awful customer support line talking to an automated prompt, your package will be returned with no refund in 10 days. Huge shame Lego chose this carrier and not AusPost. Never buy online in Australia, go to a physical store.

AZIENDA TOP, CON TANTISSIMI PRODOTTI DI QUALITA' PER I NOSTRI FIGLI E PER ADULTI, E SERVIZIO CLIENTI EFFICIENTE. DA POCO MI SONO RIVOLTO A LORO TRAMITE FORM APPOSITO PER UNA PARTE MANCANTE DI UN SET E MI E' STATA RECAPITATA, GRATUITAMENTE A CASA.

Nothing surprising here, it is the fundamental building block of many of ours childhood! These little bricks have been in the center of my life back when I was a kid, and they are in the same position for a lot of children and my nephews and kids of relatives these days. It is a still great thing for adults as well, because you know how challenging it is when you are invited to the birthday of a 7-year old, or 10-year old, or even a 14-year old. Lego is the solution of all! Because they come in different shapes, concepts and themes. Obviously this is why it can be fun and entertaining for a lot of kids across different age levels. The attention to detail in the sets is mind-blowing sometimes, you know the big things they build with it, the last one i saw on the internet was they build this red sportscar with probably like a million pieces. It might be pricey and costly sometimes with the larger sets but its allright, if you are an aficionado or a collector, its worth it. it is a top tier choice for both kids and a lot of grown ups looking to get creative. Because it is not just about construction! You can create stuff that tells a story, it's like 3d puzzles and can be used to convey your thoughts and opinions in some sort of an art-form.

Om te starten dit bedrijf is zeer goed. Hele vriendelijke klantenservice en als er stukjes missen gratis nieuwe. De bezorging is zeer slecht. Ik had vaak problemen met DPD en jammer genoeg biedt lego geen andere bezorgingsdienst aan.

In November 2023 my order was completely ruined because the ordered sets were all damaged. Holes, cuts, scratches and dents. It was terrible. At first they said I couldnt get a refund since the damage was so big, that Lego saw no value in it anymore. I had to beg to return the damaged products to get my money back. After a few calls they told me to give the sets back and I was banned for life to order online. Since the quality of their boxes and parcel delivery company could not guarantee decent boxes. This is unacceptable

Hicimos un pedido de piezas hace un mes y medio. Pagado el pedido y los gastos de envío en el momento de la compra. En teoria tardaba maximo 28 días laborables en llegar y aún no sabiamos nada de él. Después de reclamar me dicen que es que falta una pieza de la que no hay stock hasta dentro de un mes más y que ahora, como tienen mucha faena, los pedidos pueden tardar hasta 45 días laborables. Nos toman el pelo? Y ni siquiera un mail informandote del estado de tu pedido. Vergonzoso!

Ich muss leider das hier mal loswerden. Kauf nichts von Lego, diese Marke ist teuer und minderwertige Qualität. Aber nicht nur das ich habe in den letzten Jahr vermehrt mitbekommen das Lego Ungerechtfertigt kleine Unternehmen Zerstört. Und warum ich das jetzt schreibe? Weil ich wieder was neues miterlebt habe. Und Lego das allerletzte ist. Da Frage ich mich wie tief kann man fallen.

Hallo, Ik ben een legofiel en bestel regelmatig iets bij Lego. Door helpdesk prima geholpen. Levertijden zijn niet meer van deze tijd. Zeker niet voor een groot bedrijf als Lego. Onderdelen bestellen duurt meer dan 8 dagen en als het geen bestsellers zijn kan het wel een maand duren. Service door DPD is slecht. Onjuiste informatie en maar afwachten wanneer het komt. Transport duurt rustig 4 dagen. Tja bestel je bij bol.com heb je het de volgende dag. Lego doe iets aan de besteltermijnen en betrouwbare leveringen. Of onderneem actie. Levering door KPN of DHL? 1 Warehouse? Daarnaast betalen met ideal zou ook handig zijn. Of stop gewoon met de directe verkoop en laat dat aan andere over die het wel kunnen. Tijd voor een nieuwe reorganisatie.

I’ve purchased from Lego in the past but always have problems with delivery timeframes - for some reason they always take longer than advertised. I wanted to purchase a gift from the Lego store with quite a high value, but I wanted to be sure when it would arrive and how long delivery is guaranteed to take. My first 2 emails were completely ignored. After a week I made contact via chat, and spent half an hour struggling to get a definitive answer. The chat screen closed without reason and we were still mid conversation. Annoyingly I couldn’t rejoin the chat. I assumed the chat advisor would get back to me or that someone would finally respond to the emails, but they didn’t bother. Two weeks after my first message I tried the chat again, but the advisor couldn’t explain how I place an order with the delivery guaranteed, even though he’d offered to do this. In the end I had to call, which is something I struggle to do, and when I asked the handler to clarify the delivery process he said “should I explain again more clearly?”. It was patronising, humiliating and unnecessary, when all I wanted to do was buy a product from them and be sure it arrived on time. I sent a complaint about all this by email, and, even though I explained clearly in the message that I struggle with phone calls, a complaint manager called me unexpectedly the same day. All she asked was whether I’d purchased the product, but I’d already told them I went elsewhere because their service was so appalling. A pointless phone call that achieved nothing. I have insider points ready to spend, but I’m so disgusted by the way this has been handled that they’ll never be used.

pessimi, disonseti, assistenza pessima. Arrivato lego difettoso danno la colpa a me mando video e foto come detto non rispondono alle email che dire altro che lego fate davvero pena e truffate anche

WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT! After 3 months, the Lego company refuses to return or resend the item as promised since I never received it. I contacted the Lego company more than 5 times and they always refused to help. I contacted the carrier DPD more than 10 times trying to schedule new deliveries of the product, but they always told me that it was not possible to deliver due to a transport error and after 1 month it ended up being returned to the Lego warehouse abroad. According to DPD, the item was returned correctly but Lego continue to refuse to reimburse me for an item I purchased and never received...

My autistic nephew is an avid LEGO builder. Not the small sets, the big sets 18+ I had purchased the Harry Potter Gringotts set, which we paid over $630 + shipping. We get to the end of the build, last bag and there was a smaller bag missing from within the bag. We did not misplace it. When we build all bags are laid out in order, if you've been around a child who has autism you'd understand this. I contacted LEGO who said they would send a replacement bag out. Now I have just received an email from them saying they can no longer send out the bag as it doesn't pass their quality control. I now have a LEGO set that is incomplete, the roof is missing and a boy I have to go home and tell him we can't finish it. The money I have spent on LEGO is into the thousand's, no joke.
