He shot down my terrifying, ballistic mortgage in flames in the space of just 2 emails, then returned to ground and most dashingly, carried this poor old lady into a safer deal. Suzy kept in touch, and when we were ready to start looking she was really helpful in securing a deal that met our needs. Communication was great through the whole process, and we also spoke with her colleagues to secure insurances too. We will definitely be coming back when we need to remortgage in a few years!
