Sep 12,2022My mortgage broker was Shane Frank. I began to look for a house back in January, I was a little concerned because I was applying for a mortgage on my own and I wasn’t sure if I would be able to afford it. Shane was great, after giving him some details he got back to me with a few different options and discussed what would work the best for me. These were mortgage offers that I would never have found on my own. After finding a property, I got back in touch with Shane again to confirm. Shane was great, he got in touch with the mortgage lender for me, sorted out paperwork and guided me through filling it all in. He also did this with the solicitor too. Anything I didn’t quite understand, Shane was happy to help and always responded promptly to phone calls and emails. It wasn’t the easiest of rides due to the sellers’ solicitors being rather slow, but Shane continued to contact my solicitor and the estate agent to ensure that the purchase would complete - Shane did this up until completion in August. Thank you so much for all your help.

They helped do everything super fast and meant I got my mortgage offer in possibly record time and meant I avoid interest rate rises that kicked shortly afterwards. Certainly if you want to move fast and have a busy life a good broker is really helpful. The Mortgage Broker were really excellent

Aug 17,2022Suzy Allen, from The Mortgage Broker Ltd. has helped us from the very start of our journey 4 years ago (2018), when we were looking to buy our first home. Suzy is just amazing! As a first-time buyer I wasn’t too clued up with the whole process and Suzy was just incredible from start to finish. Any questions I had (and I had a lot), she was more than happy to help and told me no question is wrong and to ask away. Which was reassuring, especially when you’re making a big life decision such as buying a house and taking out the biggest loan of your life! It can be overwhelming, but Suzy was there to help us through the whole process – and she’s great at it and definitely knows her stuff! Suzy is a delight to talk to and we always have a good chit chat before talking about the serious stuff! She seems to really care for her clients and understands the emotions that comes with buying a house. This brings me to the end of last year (2021), where once again I returned to Suzy for help and advice for buying our second home. Of course, I had no doubts that Suzy would be brilliant! We have been speaking throughout this year (2022) and she is always happy to help. She responds quickly and works extremely hard, even late into the evening to ensure forms and applications have been submitted. She even called me before she was about to head to the airport (on her annual leave) to let me know that our mortgage application was a success and the mortgage offer had already come through – she was over the moon for us! Sadly, our offer on the house fell through, but I know Suzy will be able to help me again, when the time is right. I feel like we have built a great friendship over the years, yet we have never actually met! I will always use The Mortgage Broker Ltd. and their broker Suzy. I’m always recommending Suzy to anyone who needs mortgage advice – in my opinion, she really is the best!

I honestly didn’t think I would have got a mortgage but Paul looked at many options, explained everything and managed to a great deal in place. Honestly couldn’t fault the service I received, nothing seemed to be a bother, all business was done over phone and email which also worked well when working. Anybody I dealt with from Mortgage Broker Scotland (Rebecca & Alison) were also extremely pleasant, helpful & informative and managed to get good life insurance cover in place too! For my first ever time dealing with mortgages I couldn’t have asked for a better company to have worked with!!
