Nov 24,2022Not impressed After reading all positive reviews I had a high hopes however left disappointed. Anthony who was our broken didn’t find any great deal and felt he wasn’t much involved at all. Send a quote but wasn’t really interested in following it up. I would not recommend

Nov 18,2022I found TMB through online search. Onboarding was efficient but I had to wait for a while for mortgage offer to come through but in the end it was all worth it. Caroline & her assistant Evie did a fantastic job, they kept me updated all through. Evie covered Caroline in her absence which gave the assurance that process was uninterrupted. Thank you & I highly recommend!

She called when she said she was going to call, and did everything she could to make the process as smooth and as painless for us as she possibly could. She passed us on to her Assistant, Heidi as part of the process of monitoring the application, and she too was always available and provided regular updates as the purchase moved along. Even when Heidi was out of the office and she passed to case to one of her colleagues, the ball wasn't dropped and we felt like we were being looked after at every stage.

Nov 16,2022Myself and my partner started our journey to find our first home in July 2022 and certainly didnt have a smooth ride from day one. It felt there were always obstacles in the way, but from the moment I spoke with Shane Frank, he reassured me and made me feel that it was actually possible to buy our dream home, despite our initial difficulties. We started our journey with a particular lender which dragged on and on to say the least, until they didnt give us the news we wanted. I felt at that time that our only option was to pull out of the offer, but somehow Shane managed to pull a miracle from our current lender Halifax and hooray we got the loan approved! We cant believe to this day it all worked out, and we managed to complete on 22nd October 2022 this year- it felt like the longest three months of our life ! Thankyou to Shane for everything, for listening to my constant whinging about everything, replying to my emails and calls always, and thankyou to Becca Howlett also!

Dec 13,2022I discovered TMBL Group in an online search and wasn't expecting much, but Louise from TMBL turned out to be a real find; super helpful, efficient, responsive, extremely knowledgeable and understanding of our rather complicated situation. TMBL were able to pick up the pieces when our own bank let us down, and found product options for us that were practical and viable, at a reasonable price. In this world of generally mediocre service they were a pleasant surprise. A great discovery and we hope to use them again.
