As one of us was self-employed and we were both first time buyers, we didn’t fit into any of the usual boxes or algorithms and that closed a lot of “normal” avenues for us! Even the first property purchase was failed. But he keep advised me to be patient and no stress to find another property with no worry about the mortgage offer I've got already. Becca always following with solicitor 's work and update to me timely until my purchase completion. There are so many words to say but became on word is Thanks. Jul 22,2022As a first time buyer I have found my dealings with various parties not pleasant to say the least however the team at The Mortgage Broker were a breath of fresh air. The service from Suzy and Lisa was faultless which really makes a difference as the actual process can be difficult and I certainly had some bumps in the road. Along with Carey and Kay they were friendly, informative and responded promptly when you tried to contact them which is not my experience across the board. Would highly recommend.

When other mortgage brokers refused to do 2 remortgages to release equity for a residential property, only Corey was confident that it was possible. I would also like to thank Amber for her dedication and coordination with the solicitors and lenders. I really cannot thank you enough as we are on our way to collect the keys. Buying a house could be a stressful thing but Craig did a really great job. He guided us from zero to sucessful and I don't really feel any pressure dealing with him. We are buying an investment property with a short lease and therefore needed expert advice on the best lender willing to help, as the options are limited with this type of purchase. Anthony however quickly found a great deal and submitted the application. Becca in the admin team then worked tirelessly processing our case, liasing with the bank, surveyor, estate agent and keeping me abreast of everything that was happening. They were both so friendly and professional. We now have a Mortgage Offer in place and are over the moon with the service we have recieved.
