As first time buyers we were quite nervous about what to expect, but they patiently answered all of our questions and we had regular contact with the team throughout, which we really appreciated - they all responded to emails and calls extremely promptly. The added bonus of The Mortgage Broker organising our life and home/contents insurance was a huge weight off our minds - they even recommended a solicitor to us. We were extremely happy with the service they provided and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future - we couldn’t imagine using anyone else!
