Often people don't realise, or forget that behind a mortgage product is a person's dream and future, and its times of need that you appreciate the support you get from a company or individual to get to your dreams- and they are equally as invested. Caroline from the start was completely committed in helping find a solution and product, which in my situation was a complex situation to begin with. She was always patient and available, even at times I am sure I must have tried her patience! Caroline went above and beyond with her service, walking me through everything step-by-step; using her knowledge and relationships to get to a solution that fitted my needs and got things over the line. She always had my best intentions. The process took months, which at points we both were exasperated, but with her perseverance and support, we got to a point I completed this week and am elated with the result. Highly recommend Caroline to anyone seeking an experience, professional and personable mortgage broker. As I said to her in my last email - she has a client for life!
