Oct 04,2021My partner and I used this company to get a mortgage for our first home. Firstly we dealt with Fiona who was just amazing, so professional and just such a friendly person. With this being our first time every doing anything like this we were so in the dark and she took the time to explain anything and was always on the other end of the phone if we had any questions. She got our mortgage sorted quickly and made sure it was right for us. We then went with a solicitor which the company recommended, at times when we couldn't always get a hold of our solicitor, Matt was there making sure we always got an update and chased on our behalf. Without him it would have been such a stressful time. My partner and I have now completed and are in our new home. To anyone thinking about using this company I really hope you do, I couldn't praise them highly enough. I have never dealt with a more helpful and responsive company than this.

Getting a mortgage was a bit more complicated for us due to being self employed, Covid and a missed payment but Shane managed to do it. A delightful chap who we will 100% use again. Becca then stepped in to take us through to the end of the transaction. Was lovely to deal with and kept in contact regularly. Thank you so much guys for all your help. Sep 28,2021I think everyone buying or selling a home will appreciate the ulcer inducing tension of the process. Having someone help you through the quagmire of getting the right mortgage can be very helpful; Fiona W was that person for me. She was patient, understanding of my circumstances, came across as genuinely interested in doing her best for me and is very personable and quite funny! To top it all, I got a really good deal and yes, I’m happy. All my mortgages except the 1st have been through TMBL and I'm sure that all my future ones will be through them too.
