The purchase from a legal standpoint has been less than straight forward but Jodi and Leah have both been fantastic and have definitely helped to minimize the stress as much as they can from their side. Cannot recommend Jodi Spreadbury enough, we must have spoken at least 10 times for an hour minimum, always wanted to make sure I understood the whole process and the current stage the purchase was at, absolutely phenomenal!

Sep 09,2021Absolutely fantastic experience. Kerry and Becca were both amazing, very patient and supported us along every step of the way of our purchase of our first home. We were in a long and slow moving housing chain and were both very naive of the house buying process but our mortgage broker and their support colleagues were always at the end of a phone or email to answer any questions we had about the house buying process (no matter how daft!) and also ensured we got the best mortgage for us. Would highly recommend to anyone buying a home. Thanks guys!

When my mortgage broker was on annual leave my email was still picked up and responded to the same day. Highly highly recommend Suzy, she was honestly the best but every other member of the team I’ve dealt with have also been fantastic. Worth every single penny!

Sep 07,2021We spoke with Shane after experiencing some difficulties with our broker. Shane was extremely helpful and informative, and clearly knows his stuff. He gave us advice on additional things such as valuations and down valuing. We have since resolved the issues with our original broker, so we have not gone with Shane, but his communication, skills and knowledge were excellent and I wouldn't hesitate recommending or going back to if we have future problems.

Aug 12,2021Initial interaction with the broker was excellent, but then the process slowed down for unknown reason. I sent requests for information twice and got a response from the broker. After that, the service provided and the communication was excellent. But for the anxiety caused over lack of progress the rating would be higher.
