All has gone smoothly to date, their app is good & communication via email, text and app notifications of when payment is going to be made is really helpful

Apr 08,2021Where do I start, I run a very successful and busy Trades and Labour Desk within Construction industry which can be very difficult at times with many payroll issues or glitches popping up when least expected. Jen, Joe and the Team at Sterling always deliver when called apon hence why they get all my business, they constantly go the extra mile, exceptional service and nothing is ever too much for them. The fast turn around of placements to the friendly check in calls just to make sure everything is OK with my temps. Thank you guys and i will continue to keep you on your toes for years to come. Mar 30,2021I am having to use an umbrella company for my current assignment so carefully reviewed the seven options offered by my agent. I rated each umbrella by i) transparency and accuracy of the illustration, ii) responsiveness to communications both email and phone, iii) quality of website and supporting documentation, iv) margin and hidden charges. Sterling scored highest overall in fact I scored them highly in all of the above criterion. Overall impression is that they are a responsive and straight forward company. Iām confident that my payments will be processed correctly and on time.

Feb 11,2021I have nothing but praise for Sterling Group and the way they dealt with a problem dating back 18 months. The staff were polite and very helpful and are a credit to Sterling. They should be proud to have people like that around. They showed a very skillful approach to dealing with a problem i had and after initially thinking the fault lied with Sterling i realized it was another parties fault. They offered advice that was helpful and helped resolve the issue. I will continue to use them in future.

Jan 28,2021If you're looking for an Umbrella, use Sterling ! Sterling provides excellent service and brilliant value for money. The charges are reasonable and when problems appear everyone steps in to help, from onboarding to payroll to pensions. A customer centric organisation with lots of good helpful people. Dec 09,2020Take forever to answer the phone even before covid. When you don't work for them for a few weeks they take you off the system, you then need to register again, it's very annoying.
