Sarah Munro attended to my concerns. She was very patient and quite knowledgeable about using the app and its functionalities. She explained thoroughly making sure the isasue was solved there and then.
Sterling's customer service is 100%. The phone is normally picked up within two to three rings. And I would personally like to thank Sarah M who I have now dealt with on two occasions. She is so helpful and explained everything I was asking her.
