Apr 03,2024I've dealt with The/Studio in ordering several custom patches. With each interaction I've found them quick to respond. They've kept me up to date throughout the process and made sure I understood and signed off on each step of the process. I'll submit artwork and they'll show me a mockup. After I sign off they'll make a mockup and get my approval again. The final order is created and shipped with the whole process taking two to three weeks. My recent order was actually a re-order for additional patches and took less that two weeks. They do exceptional work and my clients have given me great reviews for the patches. For custom patches, these are the folks to use.

Apr 02,2024Wow, great looking patches for our event and I didn't have to do much to adjust my artwork. In fact all i did was approve the proofs. Even though my artwork wasn't ideal for embroidery, The/Studio took my logo and did what they needed all while keeping the integrity of my logo and leaving everything readable. I'll definitely come back again for my next project.

Mar 26,2024We ordered patches to sell as merchandise to customers. The process was easy and we felt that the designers listened to what we wanted. I needed to reach out to customer service a couple of times and both times were very satisfactory. I felt that they listened to my concerns and addressed them right away. We got the product in time for our event and it was great quality. Not to mention the price was right! Customers are purchasing and enjoying the patches. We will definitely be working with this company again.
