The design engineers were in constant touch of any variations that may occur during the process. Shipping was very fast and the final product was outstanding. I totally recomend The/Studio for the manufactoring of your challenge coins.

Feb 02,2024I just got my patches today. I ordered them approximately a month ago, and they said they would arrive around February 3rd. I got them two days early. I tried a few other places that did poor work, and I was skeptical about using The Studio. They were patient with me in my designing and when I told them I was done with it, they went to work. They showed me the final product and I approved. I watched my mailbox. I was anxious. I opened the package, and I was shocked. I was so happy with the results. They were perfect. Now, I wish they could do a few hats, but I don't need 50-100. Just three would tickle me pink. Wow, I am impressed. Thank you for doing such a good job

Feb 02,2024I was recommended The Studio by a friend who had a good experience, but unfortunately, mine was not. The communication/design and proof feedback loop wasn't very straightforward or effective. I was given an estimated ETA but it doesn't look like the order will arrive on time as the manufacturing happens in CHINA.

Feb 01,2024If could put 0 stars I would. The product I was sent after giving them the design we wanted is a joke. It looks like a 5 year old works on it the works on the patch isn’t even legible. When contacting the company about either getting the product redone or a refund was basically told touch shït.

Jan 26,2024I am only giving 1 star because I can't give zero. They force you to enter your information to get a glimpse at pricing. Then they will proceed to call you multiple times a day until you call back and tell them to leave you alone. They will at the same time incessantly email you. Sleezey

Jan 21,2024I’ve been ordering patches from The Studio for years. Their process is fast, and the patches are excellent quality, and look great! I recently ordered a batch of stickers and there was a small error (likely a mix up due to lots of changes I requested in the design process). I reached out to them and provided information on the mix up, and they were extremely prompt in getting the correct design submitted back for me for approval. They had the correct stickers sent my way within a week. Absolutely love working with this company, if I ever need more advertising product they will always be the first place I look.

Jan 18,2024From the first step to the last I received truly exceptional customer service from the sales representative I worked with. I had dozens of questions and a few adjustments to my product and in every instance my questions were answered timely and thoroughly. The Studio was willing to work closely with me to make sure I got exactly what I was hoping for with my keychain order. I would recommend The Studio for their customer service alone but we also received a wonderful product that we are using as a gift for volunteers who work with our non-profit. Each time I hand out a keychain I see the excitement from our volunteers and I feel confident I am giving them a high quality gift.

I ordered them on line with the help of an agent and told her what I needed. She sent the mock up and placed the order. The order came rapidly. Love working with them.

Jan 04,2024TheStudio.com is my go-to place for patches, decals, custom coins, etc. I love the fast response. They give you a mockup on your artwork and even a test patch before production. I have ordered several dozen products and they all have been excellent quality.
