Mar 15,2024This was my first time working with TheStudio. From start to finish I had an excellent experience. I went through the initial order screen and submitted my artwork and selected all of my options. A short time later the company emailed me the first draft of the graphics as they would be made. I was able to request a couple of changes to get things exactly how I wanted them. This process was super simple and hassle free. Once I was satisfied I approved production. I was informed during the entire process of things getting submitted, produced, and then shipped. I never had to ask where things were in the process. Shipping was super quick and everything was packaged well. All in all I couldn't be happier. If I ever need a custom product like this again I will definitely be ordering from this company.

Mar 13,2024The Studio's customer service is top tier. I was contacted within minutes while navigating their website by one of their customers service representatives. They wanted to know if I had any questions or needed assistance. I immediately felt a sense of comfort. This purchase was the first of this type, to have something meaningful to me be produced. The representative, Sylvia Anderson, educated me and provided me with opinions for the final project. She walked me through each step and doubled checked while doing to insure any questions were answered. The editing process was quick and simple. ** Special note ** I am rating The Studio with high marks as they did an amazing job. My finished project had a color hue difference. The finished product had a blue hue. This is 100% my fault. I provided a flawed image, and then approved the mock-up without correcting. Make sure your image is exactly right before approving. However with that said, the finished product still looks awesome. I immediately got compliments and no one noticed the hue. I would recommend The Studio to anyone looking for a quality product. Rather it be a small project or a major one, they have you covered.

Mar 13,2024The patches were easy to order, their customer service team was effective in smoothing out all snags that arose, and the order was completed swiftly. Also, their ordering system made it very easy to progress through the stages and was very informative as well. When the patches did arrive, they looked perfect. We have yet to affix them to the garments, but I don't foresee that being a problem. I also really appreciate that instructions were included in the package.

You do not exaggerate, but give me reliable estimates of timing, etc. I changed the font on part of my order after the first proof. It was done quickly and happily with room to change it again if necessary. Your staff are professional, helpful, nice and competent!

The image I provided had a lot more detail than was obviously possible using embroidery, yet they did a fantastic job making sure it looked good. The proof approval process was easy, and the turn around was 2 weeks sooner than quoted.

Mar 12,2024Our company attempted to make very simple patches with The Studio and it was an embarrassment of failures and terrible business practice pretty much out of the gate. They definitely want to rush you along and get you to sign off on embroidery work without reviewing a proof. If you do find the proof button, they will send you a "digital proof" which is simply a digital reworking of your artwork to account for stich widths, etc. here's the problem: there are virtually no humans in the chain and all the work is being done in China. Communication is beyond broken and if anything goes wrong, or if you need a slight change or adjustment based on the proof... good luck with that. Each rep we spoke with was clearly outsourced and unable to deviate from a system designed to get your money and minimize contact much less collaboration. After two weeks of emails, phone calls that resulted in no action, we finally requested a refund and have gone elsewhere. At the end of the day, this is one of those businesses that is entirely built on cheap foreign labor and no one in the chain had any ownership much less accountability for the work or to the customer who is paying actual money. Our advice is to stay away from this company and look for a local vendor. Even if they use offshore labor, you can at least talk to someone who will be accountable for the job.

Their process and technology they use from design idea to feedback and modification to trial run to production and delivery was simple and flexible. I highly recommend and would definitely use their services again.

Feb 13,2024My roller derby team used The Studio 6+ years ago, so I figured it would be best to work with someone we had already done business with. Because we had a new logo design I had to start from scratch with a new account, which was simple enough. The patches I received were exactly what I had envisioned and the quality is better than I expected. The stitching is beautifully done and legible. I factored in production time when starting this order, and in all, it only took about 5-6 weeks to receive 200 patches. I also love that they constantly offer amazing discounts. The Studio is easy and fun to work with. Their customer services respond quickly and professionally, and their live chat is helpful and easy to access. When I needed to call them, they were kind and answered all my questions. I will continue to use The Studio, and 10/10 would recommend them.
