May 30,2023I am an 8 yr art student turned furniture/ woodworker. I spent a lot of time creating my artwork. There was quite a bit of back and forth between me and the designer. But every detail was covered one at a time. A quick response with in 24 hrs ( usually quicker) wish I had bought more as it would have lowered the price per unit. The quality and attention to detail is unsurpassed. I couldn’t be more pleased

May 24,2023I believe the 5-star reviews are fake. I placed an order and asked for a "proof" and they kept on making excuses and asking me to resend them the photos and descriptions. I did this THREE times. So I convinced at this point that the reviews are fake and that this company is a scam. If you click on the one star reviews you will clearly see the true reviews

May 21,2023This is my first order from The/Studio. I received my patches ahead of schedule and everyone who has seen them loves them. I was worried that they would not arrive on schedule because the tracking was estimating arrival one day late, which would be too late to use them. However, they actually arrived several days early. The person helping me was very patient and reassuring. The design team did an excellent job of cleaning up my crude design, which was the best I could do with my primitive paint program. I am thrilled with the service and I intend to use the company again in the future.

May 18,2023Ordered 50 custom patches. Very slow responses. Size was too small, quality of material was substandard, no returns accepted, just offerred a discount to reorder. Tried that, slow responses or no responses. Then price to correct was ridiculous. Finally fed up with this outfit. Going to another patch company. Definitely do not recommend this company. 4 months dealing with this crap, waste of time & money.

It was left at a near by UPS store, i called and had it transferred to a UPS closer to my house, paid 8$ with my card for the transfer fee and a week later still never showed up to that location. for three days i have been trying to get a refund and i have been told i would be recieving a call for three days and still nothing. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS CLEARLY HARD TO GET A REFUND OR RESPONSE.

The custom patches were delivered a few days before their initial estimated completion date. Would recommend a rather large YES if you are looking for a customized patch for your organization.
