Only downside was how the website wasn't working so I couldn't straight up reorder patches I ordered before so I had to submit a new order and even though I used the same artwork, the color was very noticeably off in the final product. So make sure you really pay attention to that since you can't trust the color picker will be accurate.

Apr 29,2023Military beware. These are not veterans, they don’t know what challenge coins are supposed to be. The coins they sent me were the thickness of a quarter. The ordering process is terrible. They lost my design midway thru ordering and we had to start all over. They were cheap, but I regret it on so many levels now.

I asked for them to assist with a certain type of lettering and they did, with no extra charge. They are a professional and reliable company!

Apr 12,2023I'm a Vietnam Vet, I ordered patches from this company 5 years ago, 2 top rockers, 2 bottom rockers with a center patch. Total Sq In = 188. I paid $175.00 Years later I wanted another patch with 120 Sq In, they quoted a price of over $ 800.00 . Gave a lame reason that thread costs had gone up due to Covid. The CEO had emailed me, said he called me, I told him all phones nowa days lets you know when others call you, tell me when you called ( date) and what time you called. I told him to call me again, but he never did. So much for customer service. All I can say here is they are as greedy as they come. And they are not the only game in town. Buy your patches anywhere else, but not them. truly they only care about high profits / low service Greedy people nowa days always try to justify their greed, With the idea that the normal person will buy this B/S I guess they got Covid money and wish to care on with Government pricing. Let's see how that works out. Get your patches somewhere else, I sure will/ and did. 12" X 12" patch somewhere else was $ 178.00 Vs $ 875.00 I guess AZ. gets cheaper thread.

Apr 12,2023Our local government office in British Columbia, Canada worked with The/Studio design team on challenge coins and they look fantastic. The final product is exactly what we envisioned and staff have had a great reaction to holding this coin in their hand. The ease of working with a designer to create a unique coin was effortless and the software to provide feedback and approve the final design was simple to use and follow through all steps of the process. When we decide to order additional challenge coins, we will be using The/Studio again.

When I was previewing the design and needed to have a change made a member of the design team was immediately available and the changes were made in under 24 hours. My patches arrived sooner than expected, are beautiful and well made.

An associate informed me of an inexpensive option that gave my patches a cleaner "look", which I appreciated!
