Jan 12,2025Everything good apart from the Fed Ex delivery 🤷.....sent me an initial text saying delivery for Monday which was fine, then 3days before (Friday) I had a text saying delivery that day between 8.20-12.20....they eventually turned up 4.30pm 🤔....bit of a wind up, especially as I put off a job to wait in

My husband phoned up and was told it needed resetting … he was talked through the process of how to do it by a very friendly and knowledgeable person … a credit to the company! Highly recommend The Underfloor Heating Store and would definitely use again … although hoping nothing else will break anytime soon!!
