Dec 01,2024Ordered Tuesday evening, paid for next day delivery. Items didn’t arrive, I phoned and chased up to be told they’d failed to process the order. Promised delivery by 10 the following day, it didn’t arrive once again. Wasted half a days labour for one engineer and had to arrange for someone to work Saturday and purchase alternative items locally. Delivery still not arrived and customer advised to refuse delivery.

Nov 22,2024After making the decision to purchase a HIVE MINI THERMOSTAT that I could control my heating via a APP ,I emailed this company for advice on installation. I realise that they have to be aware on giving advice,but what response did I get,NOTHING why state on your site that your dedicated team will help with any questions, I wouldn't mind even if they came back saying they were unable to give advice. I ha e now purchased the Hive system from elsewhere.
