Great service and lovely wine - we're very pleased. The only thing I'd like is less plastic packaging, or for it to be returnable and re-used (I'd be happy to reuse other people's packaging).

Very good and prompt delivery. Have ordered a few times now and have found the delivery time to improve with each order. Only downfall is the website ordering service which could be made a little more user friendly by saving previous orders so these can be repeated. Also after choosing the wine and placing it in your basket you are then brought to the first list of wines and have to reselect the type and scroll through the same list all over again
