They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting a bespoke, premium, and international wine order on my behalf, which was beautifully packaged and presented. Apr 15,2022It wasn't as easy as I'd hoped to find a store in Belfast online to send a small 'thank you' gift to an old college friend who'd helped me out with some recent medical issues. But The Wine Company NI obliged very promptly, at a reasonable price, and once I'd got over a hiccup of my own making with the message for the recipient, all went smoothly - and he was delighted with the Prosecco!

Apr 11,2022Am pleased with quality and price of wines, but Parcelforce let us down badly on delivery, stating that it had been attempted on a day when someone was definitely at home. No notification of delivery attempt was left. A staff member eventually went out of his way to make a personal delivery 2 days later than the first purported attempt. This demonstrated excellent customer service, but I probably wouldn't rely on them for an urgent or named-day delivery.

Sep 07,20221st time using the wine company ni, they had the exact wine we were looking for. Order made for click and collect, confirmation phonecall within 24hrs. Very polite, friendly staff. Arrived to collect our order on the appointed date.....no order.....but a quick call and 15 mins later we had our order. Very helpful staff, great customer service. Highly recommend.
