Apr 14,2023Ordered 3 bottles of wine and one was corked. Sent an email asking what could they do and still waiting for a reply. No acknowledgment that the email has been received or that I will be contacted to organise a substitution. Very disappointed

Jan 11,2023This was a gift to be delivered directly to the recipient and I called to check prices wouldn't be shown on the delivery slip etc, and the lady was so nice and helpful, not only did she assure me it wasn't but she then offered to hand write a personalized message from me in a Christmas card and add it to the gift box - it was a really nice touch
