Apr 20,2020Ordered some wine for my elderly parents to enjoy over Easter. They can't leave the house. I ordered on April 1st, and they still haven't received the order today (20th). I have been trying to communicate with the company via email, but I only received one response this whole time, promising to resend the order and keep me updated. I haven't been updated or responded to since. I understand things run behind with covid, but the money came out of my account on the 3rd..17days ago. Very disappointing.
