Feb 18,2025I will never order from TOOLOTS again! My order was in August last year. I never received the goods and asked for a refund. Several phone calls with Christine (very bad connection). I am still waiting for my refund today.

Feb 10,2025I put in an order to RPM Hardaware #43704 for a paper shredder. Christine Dy(the digital phone rep) told me it woul cost me $50.00 shipping charge fo the order and then I was not interested in the prder and cancelled and asked for the $3.50 charge for the product be refunded to my credit card. As of today, the refund has not showed being put back on my account. This request for a refund was on 1/30/2025 at 10:22A.M. PST. It is now 2/9/2025.

Feb 09,2025This has been by far the worst company to ever deal with! I still have not received my product and have requested refund which I still have not got! I have called several times with the same Anwser they have to get with someone else and will get back with me I have yet to get a return phone call from this company! Highly urge you to NEVER buy from them!

Jan 08,2025I ordered a refrigerator in August. When I opened the box it was dented even though the box was Un damaged. When I plugged it in, it did not cool. After jumping through many hoops, I got a return label to sent it back. 5 months after my purchase I still have not received a refund. When I call customer service my calls are frequently dropped. I am repeatedly told they are referring my case to finance but have never received a response from them. I have asked to speak with a supervisor but they just continue to say they will refer it to finance. Long wait times when calling customer service an no follow-up.

I called in, and customer service said I needed to wait for the email before it’s ready to pick up… said they’d tell the warehouse, but still nothing? Hmmmm…

Nov 12,2024TOOLOTS IS A SCAM. They will not refund my $2000 from last Black Friday 2023. I placed an order for a benchtop mill and canceled a few days later to get one with a different option. Long before it was shipped I might add. I have called and emailed countless times only to get nowhere. They strung me along long enough for the credit card company to not refund my transaction. As a reminder, that's $2000, FREAKING $2000. I'M NOT RICH........ This was a huge decision for me. For transparency, I did get the second one I ordered but was missing pieces and package totally destroyed on delivery. They did not respond to request for missing items. Don't fall for the low prices, they are dishonest and it will cost you more in the long run. TOOLOTS IS A SCAM. I gave them a year to refund me but now I am going to make sure everybody knows about them. Please help me share this review. I hope this helps other working class people when making a big purchase decision.

Mar 04,2025This is a scam website. I ordered a used forklift from this website. They charged me $1961. Then told me they didn't have it in their warehouse. They never responded to my request for a refund. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't received any refund.
