Awful customer service! I received a defective part, confirmed by a local Toyota dealer, and requested a return. It took over two weeks and countless emails requesting photos, VIN, invoices, and more—only for them to deny my return. Their excuse? They claimed the part was damaged! Are they seriously suggesting that a certified Toyota service department damaged their part? This company clearly does not stand behind its products or its integrity.

Terrible experience. I needed a rear replacement wiper blade for '22 4Runner. Decided to be proactive and order fronts as well. The package was shipped 5 days from order being placed. Package arrive 10 days after order being place and contained only front two blade, no rear wiper! I immediately contacted customer support. The woman I spoke to was rude and condescending. She said she would open an RMA and that someone would contact me via email within 2-3 days. 3 days later I received a message and was told they would not process without photos. I sent multiple photos of what was contained in package. The would only process if I provided picture of original label and box both of which I no longer had. They don't have the ability to reverse engineer their ordering procedure to track down label? Of course they do! I informed them I no longer had box with label. They simply repeated the same over and over "please send us pictures of the label in order to move forward with rma." It got to the point I think I was communicating with AI. They are ridiculous to deal with all due to their incompetence. I'm out $16 for a product they never sent. Bunch of thieves. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS.
They cancelled my $1,300 order and never told me why or even had the decency to let me know it was cancelled.
A pulley went out on my supercharged tacoma. After a lot of cross referencing, I found the correct part number. I had a race in a few days so time was of the essence. I said screw it and paid the $103 overnight shipping option. After no response to nonstop emails, no tracking, no correspondence from them at all, I finally called. Rang and rang forever until someone picked up. They said it hadnt shipped yet. Even though I paid $103 for overnight shipping, that doesnt account for their 8 DAY PROCESSING PERIOD. Seriously? Tried to get a refund. Phone operator said itd be refunded and Id get an email. They hung up and I never got an email. Later found that if you google toyotapartsdeal, every car/truck forum is filled with posts about how terrible they are. Lesson learned
I got the incorrect product (for my order part 15692-50020) after 5 waiting days. This company never check what they shipped to customers!
Good website with good search capability. Vehicle ID by both VIN and description. Alternative parts suggestions if a part doesn’t work with the VIN. Very quick response to question from knowledgeable person. And good pricing.
Horrible service . 2 times I have purchased parts it’s been bumbling between they’re billing department and their software system not processing orders and them trying to force me to open a PayPal account
We will never do business with this company again. They sent the wrong part then made it out to be our mistake, which it was not. Then they charged us postage to return the part and a restocking fee. Total loss was $70.00. Never again. Buyer Beware!!!

I ordered a headlamp for a Prius C, it was not the correct part. After further research their website is inaccurate, as confirmed by me with the official Toyota website. I also specifically asked if the item was returnable if it was the correct part. They said yes but I don’t have it in writing. I was refused, they stand by their inaccurate web description and I’m out $300 bucks. I’ve made bigger mistakes but they will work in THEIR best interest only. Do not use them.
Ordered replacement hood prop. Correct part and quick delivery. What else can I say? Will definitely check with them when any other parts are needed for my vehicle.
I ordered a pretty rare battery from them, item said it would take 2-3 days to get. I said perfect. After TWO WEEKS OF BACK AND FORTH with a terrible customer service team. They canceled the order with no remorse, just a scripted email. Terrible Terrible, stay away and don't waste your time.
Bought a part from Toyota Parts Deal. Never even opened the box because I figured out it was a different problem. They denied my return. In the return policy it basically says they don't have to give you a reason for not svelte a return. Be very careful!
Ease of use from start to finish
Returns policy and customer service is terrible. I would recommend buying directly from the Toyota dealership to avoid talking to the customer service reps who do not communicate internally.
Easy process.
1 item was missing from entire order figured that would not be a big deal sent in a request and awaited a response. Was told I needed a photo of the original cardboard box that all fasteners and screws were sent in and a photo of the label off that box as well. The box they arrived in was trashed and tossed in a dumpster shortly after a delivery. They have let me know they will not be able to assist with the item that DID NOT ARRIVE with the other items at this time due to not having a photo of the box or label that THEY generated.
They take no responsibility for the delivery process, fail to take the necessary steps with FedEx to file reimbursement claims, and have caused me to lose €400 and two weeks of my time. Their lack of accountability and unprofessionalism make them highly unreliable and not recommended. Avoid them at all costs.
