Apr 08,2025Anche per me ordine emesso quasi un mese fa e non si sa dove sia finito. L'assistenza è un automatica e continua a ripetere che stanno controllando e che devo attendere di essere ricontattato. Spero ancora perché avevo speso davvero tanti soldi per mia figlia.

Apr 08,2025Site totalement malhonnête ou incompétent : Référence de Retour Swiminn.com R56450542 Suite à un retour d'article défectueux _retour qui nécessita des démarches chronofages _ j'attends toujours le remboursement depuis le 250325. (Délai indiqué pour recevoir le remboursement :5jours ouvrés, délai largement dépassé !) Plus **jamais** je ne commanderai sur ce site. Les retours sont impossibles Réponse inadmissible de la part du site : veuillez demander de l'aide à SCALAPAY ! Or j'ai effectué le paiement certes via SCALAPAY mais SUR TRADEINN Tradeinn annonce ainsi se décharger de toute responsabilité dans la procédure de remboursement. Je maintiens donc que ce site est malhonnête et rend impossible tout retour.

Apr 08,2025Ich hatte eine Weste bestellt und bekam einen Rucksack geliefert. Über die App habe ich das entsprechende Retourenportal ordnungsgemäß bedient. Unter anderem musste ich fünf Fotos des fehlerhaften Artikels beifügen. Danach bekam ich eine weitere E-Mail, ich solle fünf Fotos beifügen. Das habe ich getan. So dann bekam ich textidentische Nachricht, fünf Fotos zu übersenden. Das hat mich zutiefst verärgert. Bestellnummer 57530168

Apr 08,2025Fik at vide at jeg ville få mine varer efter en uge, nu har de udskudt det til 3 uger. Absolut til grin. Handel et andet sted en hos de hustlers her. Redigeret: og så vender de tilbage med det samme standard svar som til alle, absolut til grin, og utroligt flabet over for alle de betalende kunder de løber om hjørner med.

Apr 08,2025I will never recommend this site to anyone again. They do not tell you honestly what is going on with your package. You get an email that the package will be delivered on a certain date and then the date has passed, no information has been sent about any problems with the package. They send it whenever they feel like it. Not recommended!!!

Apr 07,2025Delivery was about 2 weeks later than expected and products were poorly packed. Return cost is also extortionate so won’t be using again. Only positive is that prices were fairly reasonable.

Apr 07,2025In caso di difetti e spedire indietro il pacco SPARISCONO alla fase di inviare l'etichetta! Una scarpa è di ca. mezzo nr. più piccola e la punta dell'alluce tocca in posizione eretta, figuriamoci a scendere in trekking- mi hanno chiesto foto dimostrative del difetto! :( Ho comprato 2 paia e fanno di tutto da giorni per non inviarmi l'etichetta per il paio difettoso...che se così non fosse, non sarebbe così scontato da 285 a 154 €!!!: hai 30 giorni, puoi rispondermi entro 7 gg - inutile sottolineare che non posso. PESSIMI e quindi meglio un po' di prezzo maggiore da venditori seri piuttosto che acquistare da loro!

Apr 07,2025Katastrophe. Bestellung und Lieferung kamm reibungslos. Aber das Mann für Rücksendung 8 € bezahlen muss, unverschämt. Ich habe auch für Zusendung bezahlt (4€). Ich schicke trotz 12€ Verlust zurück. Nie wieder!!!! Ich hoffe es wird erstattet. Schauen wir mal.

Apr 07,2025Había comprado varias veces con esta empresa, y todo “bien”. Pero las últimas compras un desastre. Hago un pedido de 3 artículos y a los 6 días me dicen que no hay stock de uno de ellos. Evidentemente me lo cobran todo. Después de llamar unas cuantas veces me dicen que se me hace la devolución del dinero del artículo sin stock, pero el dinero que me habían cobrado por el envío del artículo ese no se devuelve. En fin me han cobrado para no recibir nada. Nunca más me van a ver el pelo.

Apr 07,2025Ho ordinato un integratore con consegna garantita per il 4 aprile, ne avevo bisogno per tale data. Diversamente non l' avrei ordinato. Ogni giorno la data di consegna viene rinviata, attualmente è prevista per il 16 aprile. Sono stata costretta ad ordinare il prodotto in un altro sito. Ho contattato il servizio clienti, le cui risposte sono generiche e sicuramente preimpostate (si parla con un computer e non con una persona). Sono veramente molto delusa, comportamento scorretto!!!!

Apr 07,2025Commande via Cdiscount non reçue, transporteur GLS choisi déplorable, la table se promène dans le sud de la France, le fournisseur ne veille pas à la bonne exécution de la livraison. Et 7/10 jours pour le remboursement c'est beaucoup trop long.

Apr 07,2025What an awful company. I made a mistake of not reading reviews about their website before I made my purchase. Anyway, i ordered a handlebar and it took 2 weeks to get to Netherland from Spain. The problem is I live in middle east. Why the hell it takes two weeks to send it to a different company which is even further away from where I live. And their useless support tech gave me such a stupid answer stating it depends on the regulation and customs or whatever. The damn package is still in EU. What customs and regulations??? DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TRADEINN.
