Apr 06,2025Ein Hersteller bietet unter einer Referenznummer 10 Stück des gleichen Produkts an. Alle Wettbewerber verkaufen auch stets 10 Stück dieses Produkts, wenn sie sich auf die Referenznummer des Herstellers beziehen. Tradeinn bezieht sich im Angebot und in den Verkaufsinformationen ebenfalls auf diese Referenznummer des Herstellers. Der angegebene Preis ist auch ähnlich dem Preis der Wettbewerber für 10 Stück des Produkts. Tradeinn liefert aber nur 1 Stück!!! Damit ist der Preis Wucher. Tradeinn weigert sich 10 Stück des Produkts zu liefern. Um sein Geld zurück zu erhalten, muss man das Produkt für teures Geld nach Spanien schicken. Mal sehen, ob und wann ich Geld zurückerstattet bekomme.

Apr 05,2025Komme mir verarscht vor! Ich habe eine Jacke bestellt und wieder zurückgeschickt, weil sie zu groß war. Dann bekam ich eine mail, mit der Aussage, dass in meiner Rücksendung Kleidung sei, die nicht von Tradeinn wäre. Es waren Fotos angehängt mit einem Kleidungsstück, das ich noch nie gesehen habe und einem Begleitschein, auf dem nirgends mein Name stand. Der Support antwortete entweder gar nicht oder so, dass ich schuld wäre. Der Klarna-Support schreibt, dass ich das mit Tradeinn klären müsste. Das Ganze geht jetzt 4 (!) Monate, Klarna hält sich raus und Tradeinn bleib bei seiner Forderung von 80€. Ich habe alles richtig gemacht bei der Rücksendung und weiß nicht, was ich noch tun kann. Es wird mir auch keine Lösung angeboten. Hat jemand ne Idee?

Apr 05,2025Je ne sais pas quoi penser de ce site en question. Cela va bientôt faire plus de 10 jours, que j’ai commander quelques chose et qui n’est pas encore arriver. D’ailleurs je me pose la question si cette commande, va arriver un jour. Pour l’instant le SC me repond mais leur réponse est selon moi pas professionnelle. Et pour couronner le tout, j’ai reçu un mail il y’a 1 h de sa me proposant un bon de réduction de 5%.

Zgodnie z przepisami obowiązującej w całej Unii Europejskiej w przypadku zwrotu całości towaru, sprzedawca musi zwrócić pełna kwotę zakupu (cena produktu + koszty przesyłki). Odesłałam towar na swój koszt, a zwrócono mi tylko część pieniędzy. Komunikacja z obsługą klienta FATALNA! Odpowiedzi ślę Bot. Wciąż te same. Szczerze odradzam zakupy w tej firmie!!! Apr 05,2025After reading the reviews I thought I would never see the parcel but it arrived after weeks ! But of course it was the wrong product and not the one that is on the picture. After a few days, I get a reply from the CS. She tells me to apply(?) for a return. This is a process that involves taking 6 pictures!! The product wasn't expensive but I just didn't want to pay for something I didn't order. Few days later I get the offer of 4 euros discount. I did not accept. Few days later again, I got the message that I didn't have to return and the money was refunded. All in all this cost 3 weeks to wait for the order and 1 week for the return. A month spent on nothing.

Apr 04,2025Hola el servicio de TRADEINN me solicita a manera de querer hacerme saber que les importa el echo de que un cliente esta teniendo unas malas expectativas con el servicio y me pide el numero del pedido, a manera de que no tienen ni idea de lo que esta pasando, les mandare el numero del pedido solo para que yo el cliente-comprador se este con la idea de que para los 4 MESES QUE ESTA INCISTIENDO A HORA SI SEA VERDAD QUE YA LE REGRESAN EL DINERO YA QUE EBANX EL PRESTAMISTA DEL SERVICIO FINANCIERO SOLO RESPONDE CON MENSAJES AUTOMATICOS PREESCRITOS ....... Apr 04,2025Ordered £651 worth of kit! Slow delivery so I cancelled they refunded me £107 and now just reply to emails in Spanish which I translate to say they have closed my case and no longer reply 😡😡😡😡😡 scammers!!! Avoid

Apr 04,2025They just literally told me to do a $1k job with my wheelset that they will cover and, after that, closed the warranty claim ticket and said f off with this invoice. Not going to buy anything from those scammers from today.

Apr 04,2025I had a really bad expirence with Tradeinn. I bought some antifouling to repair my boat, the delivery date was ok but in the end they changed it without inform me postpone the date to 15 days in advance. So if I don´t check it I would still be waiting for the product as I purchased it waiting to receive at the date they said at first. I tried to contact the support but they treat you like a number and like a robot and kept closing the chat. Finally I was able to cancel it by myself as they said it wasn´t possible. I´m still waiting for my refund. Never buy from them anymore as I´m tired to be just a number and not having support. they just want your money and that´s it. support your locals supplier! At the end they saved me.

Apr 04,2025Ordered from tradeinn, they confirmed order had been despatched, then for no apparent reason informed me that I was to receive a refund. I contacted them to ask why, but was directed to FAQs (by a robot?) which don't help. Tradeinn have responded (auto generated?) but still have not answered my question! And another auto reply!

Apr 04,2025Obwohl ich schon öfters bestellt habe, mit bislang guten Erfahrungen, hat sich wohl mittlerweile eine deutliche Verschlechterung eingeschlichen. Über „Amazon“ O-Ringe bestellt. Nach 14 Tagen noch immer kein Versand und daher storniert! Direkt über die Website mit meinem Account den gleichen Artikel nochmals bestellt (Ware lagernd in der Beschreibung) und per Paypal bezahlt. Erst sah es so aus als wenn etwas passiert, denn der Artikel sollte versandfertig gemacht werden. Gestern nachgeschaut und es ist keine Bestellung mehr vorhanden. Geld jedoch abgebucht! Nun ja…..wenn keine Bestellung mehr vorhanden, dann gibt es auch kein Geld. Eine Rückbuchung bei meiner Bank wurde bereits veranlasst. So geht man mit Kunden nicht um!!! Ergänzung: Tja, auch wenn das Problem geklärt und anhand der Bestellnummer recherchiert werden soll, genau hier ist DAS PROBLEM. Es gibt keine Bestellnummer mehr! El orden se ha ido.

Apr 04,2025Cos mi smierdzialo od początku ale niestety nie sprawdzilam trust pilot. Kupilam Nike do biegania za okolo 500pln. Towar przyszedl ale w złym kolorze. Za zwrot profuktu zaplacilam 40pln!!! (Skandal bo sami przeslali zly towar) no i na zwrot pieniedzy czekam... i nie wiem czy sie doczekam
