Feb 28,2018Transindus organized everything for our trip around the Golden triangle and Udaipur and Jodhpur without issue. Representative met us at check-in and check-out at each destination. Very reassuring. The driver was top notch and the guides very knowledgeable and interested in making a difference. Two suggestions: For the price, please include camera charges which amounted to Rs200. Just an irritation. And the internal flight should have been booked with better seats than 2 rows from the back.

Feb 28,2018We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and we were very well looked after. However, the three-hour wait at Customs at Mumbai was totally unacceptable and therefore all passengers missed their connecting flights. The return trip was little better and clients should be advised of the likelihood of overbearing beauracy and there should be more time allowed between connecting flights, although this might not always be possible. We were not very impressed with Jet Airways. The standard of one of the hotels we stayed in was very disappointing after we had completed a very long and tiring journey. These were minor blips during our stay and we would certainly recommend Transindus and travel with the company again.

This time our trip was to Kerala and more than met our expectations in terms of accommodation and experiences of nature and wildlife. Feb 28,2018Just returned from a most enjoyable holiday in India Rajasthan. On arrival were met inside the airport and helped in luggage collection and taken to our car and driver who stayed with us for two weeks. Transindus representative in India met us at the airport and phoned us several times when we moved to new locations to ask us if every thing to our satisfaction. The car driver did a perfect job and the hotels we stayed in were also perfect. We are currently planning our next year holiday for Transindus to arrange for us. This will be the ninth time Transindus has arranged a bespoke holiday for us.

Feb 26,2018Trip to South India Booking reference 1009497-5 I would like to say how impressed I was with the whole tour. From being met in Chennai right through to having someone help us through the departures at the airport in Kochi. Guides etc were very good, always early. I would like to make special mention of our driver Shadji and Account Manager Arjana who were excellent and both very professional. Also my wife is mainly wheelchair bound but we had so much help and thought provided to this to make the whole experience easier for us. A big thank you.

Feb 23,2018My husband and I travelled to South India on a tailor made tour, of mostly Kerala, last month. We both had an absolutely life changing trip and the experience far exceeded our expectations. From our initial booking with Hari in the London office, to our carefully supervised trip under the thoughtful care of our driver and the TransIndus team in Cochi, we felt extremely well looked after - without any intrusion into our day to day freedom. We greatly enjoyed meeting the uniquely kind people of South India and were delighted by the breadth of places and experiences chosen by TransIndus. Many experiences we will never forget. This was our first trip with TransIndus, but we are already thinking of where we might travel with them next year.

Feb 22,2018We booked with transindus in December for a three week holiday in India leaving in January, on a bespoke trip. Other companies told me I should have booked a year in advance, but Hari at TransIndus just got on with sorting an itinerary for us. The holiday went without a hitch, everything was organised, hotels, flights, drivers, guides. We were met at each location by a local rep. - there was no need for us to think about the logistics at all. A very good service from start to finish.

A special mention must go to the outstanding team at the Tallayar valley bungalow in Munnar nothing was to much trouble for these guys. Feb 16,2018We have just returned from an excellent trip to southern India with Transindus. Brilliant area to visit, lovely people and the wildlife was spectacular. Our hotels were all comfortable and the meals generally good, but you need to like spicy food. The ground arrangements worked very well. We had great drivers and guides. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble. We would recommend this company and their local South India operation to anyone.

Jan 08,2018My travel was professionally organised with precision and efficiency. The staff representatives and their delegated agents were incredibly helpful and genuinely amiable. The places I stayed were perfect and entirely suited to my needs. The place in Kochi, The Secret Garden is a great find. Nicely tucked away and yet accessible. The place is quaint and cute with the responsible manager, Faisal. The backwater trip was idyllic and the food was lovely and fresh.

Feb 28,2018Although TransIndus were very efficient, I had asked to fly from Jaipur to Jaisalmer to save a 2 day drive.I was told my your agent that the airport at Jaisalmer was not open. One month later, before we had even paid our deposit, the Jaiselmer airport opened and your agent should have told us this and arranged a flight, instead of a tiring and boring 2 day drive.
