Dec 07,2016This is the third time we have travelled with TransIndus and our consultant Chinmay knows us so well now, that he put together a wonderful bespoke trip for us that totally fitted out interests. The pace of the trip was just right and with a perfect choice of hotels and activities The local guides were also fantastic and did their very best to help us understand the complex country that is Myanmar. It was the first time we had been offered the Vamoos app for all our travel details and it really helped us as we went through the 16 days. We have no hesitation in recommending TransIndus to all travellers we meet.

Dec 07,2016Poor (and at times, no) communication, mis-sold on excursions and (so far) no response to written complaint. Everything we loved about India was provided by India herself. Everything we hated, was provided by TransIndus, the company we paid £2500 to. The service we received did not represent value for money.

Dec 02,2016We were delighted to have the combination of interesting places to visit and a fair amount of leisure time on our trip to the Tamil Nadu and Kerala areas of South India last February. Accommodation and food was very good in all the places we visited so all in all a very successful and enjoyable trip.

Dec 01,2016We have now done 10 individualised trips with TransIndus. The countries we have visited are x2 India, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and x3Japan. Every trip has been superbly organised and fulfilled everything that we wished to see and learn. Drivers, guides, hotels, all have been special. We would recommend TransIndus to anyone who wishes consistency, faultless , superb planning and a learning experience beyond your wildest dreams.

Dec 01,2016Trans Indus really gets to what you want from your holiday, they don't do round pegs in square holes like most travel companies, one size doesn't fit all and Trans Indus takes time to understand what you like. Their organisation is excellent, we have never had a bad experience with them, quite the contrary, we have travelled to several different countries and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. They have the inside information and you get to see the true country.

However TransIndus has a very reliable network of agents, guides and drivers which you quickly realize you can rely on 100%. We were never left to deal with things on our own. The hotels were all of a very high standard and the boat trip was particularly appreciated. The recommendations during the planning stage proved to be exactly right for our needs.

Nov 30,2016From our first visit to Transindus, where Vasu put our trip together, to arriving home after 23 wonderful days in India, we felt safe, thoroughly spoilt and very comfortable. We decided what we wanted to do and with Vasu's guidance we managed to do everything and a bit more. All of our guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. Our drivers were amazing. You could tell they were very carefully chosen. I can be a nervous passenger but I felt totally safe in their hands. Overall a marvellous experience and I cannot recommend Transindus highly enough.

Nov 30,2016Can't speak highly enough of Transindus.lnitially we chose the Kerala Adventure tour which included canoeing, trekking, cycling , animal spotting, rice boat trips..etc . We then added a bespoke tour of the 'golden triangle 'as it would have been silly not to see the bucket listed Taj Mahal and Amber Fort . All arrangements were top class ...First rate guides and drivers escorted us seemlessly from expertly selected hotels to all the top attractions and sights . The guides insights into this crazy, unforgettable country were invaluable .A fabulous holiday!

Nov 29,2016Our first trip to India and we used Transindus based on recommendation. From our first interaction at home to discuss what we wanted to do, they were proactive, offered suggestions we may not have considered and very responsive. The programme they put together worked perfectly for us but the key is delivery and on that front they excelled. We were met at every point of call and ensured that all the arrangements were in place. They were there whenever we needed them without stifling us and allowing us to enjoy the experience our own way. They go above and beyond - we had a major problem with the currency issue that was implemented 2 days before we arrived. The Delhi rep for Transindus used some of his own precious local currency to ensure we had some which was invaluable. He would not even take sterling for the money. We would recommend Transindus without hesitation and have done so already. We will use them again for sure on our next trip to India.

Nov 29,2016From the first contact to discuss options and to get an idea of prices, TransIndus and Alice Elphick were extremely helpful. We were very pleased with the itinerary and the price. The trip was a complete success - we were met by professional managers in each location and were taken on daily tours by experienced guides and drivers. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, discreet, always seeming to look out for our best interests. The drivers were exceptional - in the street chaos of Delhi or Varanasi, we felt in safe hands. We would not hesitate to recommend TransIndus.

Dec 07,2016We booked a group tour to Taiwan, attracted by the guaranteed departure and in the end it was just the two of us. The Taiwan tour was fascinating, with an excellent guide/driver Joe who found fantastic places for us to eat each day as well as being very flexible about the sightseeing we did. We added on a pre-tour extension to South Korea which was interesting and like Taipei, Seoul was an easy place to find your way around. TransIndus provided excellent pre-departure service and all the arrangements went smoothly.
