Dec 16,2017Excellent company who we have used several times. A tailor made trip suits us and can be made to fit. Destinations are available that other companies haven't got. Just had an excellent trip to Mandu and the Rock Temples of Masharastra. Good driver and interesting trip.

Dec 14,2017Excellent tailor made trip to Laos and thailand. Everything worked like clockwork. And all of the hotels were fine although we should have gone for an upgraded room at the Tamarind village in Changmai. Highlights were the mekong river 2 day cruise and Ulang Prabang. Need to do more Laos and Thailand and it will be with Transindus

Our tailor made journeys have been thought out very carefully by Hari with great attention to detail.He even managed to arrange for us to meet up again with our favourite naruralist.of previous years.We shall definitely want to use the company again and will recommend it to other travellers.

All their organisation was first class and their customer care was second to none both before and during our time away. would highly recommend to anyone.

Nov 21,2017Overall very good, a few minor niggles, which is why we've not rated them 5 stars, that said we would certainly consider travelling with TransIndus again in the future. The trip itself was amazing, the tour guide was very polite, wanting to please and definitely went the extra mile. The hotels were of good quality and we had really nice rooms. They provide a nice Travel App which you can download on your phone which has all your holiday details direct to hand as well as a hard copy presented in a nice travel wallet. Lots of information included with guides for tipping, clothes to pack, etc. We look forward to travelling with them again in the future.

Nov 18,2017Generally very good - quickly and efficiently helping us build the Kerala holiday we wanted at a cost we could afford. Communication fell away a bit once they had our money, with little from their side and only rudimentary answers to our questions, which was disappointing compared to other travel companies we have used. But the holiday itself, the flights, transfers, reps, guides and accommodation were almost all excellent. The reps went above and beyond to ensure we had all the support and information we needed, and our driver, Baby, was superb. The only accommodation that let things down (and only a little) was one that we had insisted on (to keep costs down) and TransIndus had tried to steer us away from so fair play to them. Would definitely use them again.

Nov 12,2017The Transindus Team in London were welcoming, helpful and efficient. I went on their Small Group Tour of Nepal, Nepal Experience. The country is spectacularly scenic with its mountain ranges, deep valleys and jungle reserves. I was particularly impressed with the Transindus choice of hotels, smaller boutique hotels that made us all very welcome. Tourism is starting to build up again after the earthquakes of 2015 but many people rely on it for their income, so give it a try!

Nov 08,2017I have travelled on 5 tailor made trips with Transindus. They are always my first port of call when travelling to India and Indochina. They listen carefully to my requests and interests and together we have been able to carve out an itinerary that perfectly suits my needs, combining iconic sights with more off the beaten track places of interest to me.They use only the best operators on the ground, both drivers and guides are always top notch. I like to stay in smaller boutique lodges and hotels and again Transindus always seek out the small, quirky, but perfectly formed places for me to stay . I will certainly use them again and can recommend them without reservation.

Nov 07,2017Hari Dagubaty prepared a fabulous trip incorporating 10 stopovers varying from 2-3 nights each. (These were places I had wanted to visit). Everything was taken care of which made the trip so memorable for me as well as my daughter. The guides were excellent and gave information in a very interesting manner. Learnt so much. Really loved the hotels in Jaipur, Bundi, Deogarth, Jodhpur and Udaipur. Was wonderful to celebrate Diwali in Udaipur. Also visiting the Adjante and Elloura caves was incredible- especially as the guide was excellent-

Oct 31,2017I would thoroughly recommend. Tailored trip to meet requirements, very helpful and informed office. Everything ran to plan while we were there, no hassles, guides good, sights brilliant and hotels and transport great. The only, very minor, criticism was in Agra and Jaipur being taken to some local craft centres on the pretext of seeing how stone, jewel and print work was done but being quickly taken through to the sales area with the apparent expectation we'd buy stuff without really having an opportunity to watch the craftsmen at work. I don't know whether that was locally or centrally planned and how much in the gift of Transindus. But those minor points aside it was fantastic overall.

Oct 11,2017We've travelled with TransIndus many times now, and we keep coming back to them because of their wonderful holidays and their excellent customer service. We've recently opted for their tailor-made trips because we can build in the flexibility we need without sacrificing any of the experiences their itineraries offer, and have not been disappointed. Their attention to detail is second to none, and any slight hiccups once on the road are dealt with quickly and effectively. Our latest trip to Uzbekistan was a fantastic view of both the modern day country and the historic cities of the Silk Road. It's a country of great contrasts - immense agricultural landscapes bordered by huge swathes of desert and mountains, with bustling cities like Tashkent and Samarkand rivalling any of our Western cities. Even in Central Asia the cities are full of young people with smartphones and ripped jeans! The Uzbeks must be the friendliest people ever (and we've visited a lot of countries). People came up to us with smiles on their faces, just to talk to us - no ulterior motive. Adults wanted to practise their English, and schoolchildren and older students wanted to talk to us about Harry Potter and popular music. Wonderful. Thank you TransIndus.

Oct 04,2017We had the adventure of a life time, could not fault the support you gave us, you were there every step of the way, the temples and monasteries were quite overwhelming. The people were lovely and friendly, always ready to help. Your staff were great I could not have done it without you. I was supposed to go to Ladakh 28years ago and had to cancel because of the troubles between Pakistan and Kashmir which were escalating in the area, I finally got there and it was worth the wait. Thank you we would recommend your holiday company to anyone, and do!!Looking forward to the next holiday with you.

Oct 04,2017I booked a tour of Kerala with TransIndus. Their representative was efficient in responding to my requests and queries but I felt his approach was a little impersonal and he did not try to build a personal relationship with me or to get to know my own personal travel style and activity preferences. I have planned trips with other operators in different parts of the world where I felt I was having an in depth dialogue with them so that they could recommend accommodation, locations and activities that would suit my preferences, rather than an "off the shelf" experience. However the actual trip worked out well on the whole and we had an excellent holiday.

Dec 18,2017Hari was our contact, he listened to what we wanted to do and set that up including some wonderful heritage hotels and a few surprises. Comments even got through to our driver which We welcomed. Hari always responded quickly to emails and we were well briefed before we left. The online documentation, especially the maps, was excellent for when we were on the road. Whilst we had traveled many times to India this was our first time travelling outside of a group and we were not disappointed. All, bar one, of the guides we had were excellent; our driver was excellent and we felt totally safe throughout the whole trip.
