Mar 30,2017Three weeks in India travelling by road /off road, rail, plane, tuc tuc , rickshaw, rowing boat ...and elephant. The transport, accommodation excursions and guides all went well. TransIndus listened, advised , organised and beat the others on price. Will book with them again .

Mar 30,2017WE had a most wonderful time in India thanks entirely to Trans indus whose planning and attention to detail was extraordinary. The guides were outstanding all over, very tolerant, interesting and informative. Total gentlemen. We stayed in some remarkable hotels and a good variety Our whole trip was held together my our amazing driver Raju who went far beyond the call of duty to ensure our every need was catered for. I would recommend everyone travelling in the Northern Triangle to ensure they ask for Raju. He made all the difference, even at the end ensuring we passed through all security controls at the airport, Excellent man and most excellent driver across some tricky terrain. It was a truly outstanding holiday.

Mar 30,2017If you are going to India don't think about anyone else. A friend recommended us and thank goodness he did. We did the northern triangle by car. Every hotel greeted by attentive rep. Guides were stunning particularly Mahaveer Singh Naruka in Jaipur. Lovely, knowledgeable and I got a good price on a gorgeous ring. Our driver Raj was incredible successfully navigating crazy traffic and drivers. I have no hesitation in saying these guys are the best!

Mar 29,2017Most arrangements were superb. Comfortable coach, great guide, mostly great hotels. However, we were most disappointed with the hotel used in Cochin. This was on an island, a good distance from all the sights so too much time was wasted travelling. Also, it seemed to be on an industrial estate and most unpleasant. Not happy with the service in the restaurant or bar, so avoided using it as much as possible. Also, would like more free time incorporated.

Mar 29,2017A very happy, memorable fortnight. We were a small group, just four of us plus Serina Fass; Transindus pro. We gathered there were several cancellations - or perhaps just a lack of takers - but nevertheless we four travellers all fitted in most happily. We also had a splendid, kindly and courteous Indian coach driver who negotiated Kerala's chaotic traffic superbly. 0ur hotel locations were mostly completely delightful - there was just one real disappointment in Bangalore on our last night - and during the fortnight we enjoyed a splendid range of sites and sights - by sea and land, together with a fine variety of churches. For me most memorably was the stay in 00ty and the fascinating drive up to it (despite alarming traffic congestion and chattering monkeys!) and lovely leisurely descent among tea gardens. It was a pity my transport home from London Airport failed to show but it was eventually replaced. Another time I would have enjoyed - possibly of an evening when we were left to our own devices - some information and discussion about the special places we had visited or were about to visit - a definite bonus on other tours. Finally, a big thank you to Transindus office for kindness and patience in answering my many queries before the holiday took place. The staff's courtesy made for a very happy start to the adventure!

Mar 28,2017I would like to extend our thanks and appreciation to everyone on the team in front and behind the scenes at TransIndus, associated travel companies and hotels for making our trip so memorable. From the moment we stepped into arrivals at Delhi we were escorted and transferred to our chosen locations with warmth, hospitality and efficiency, despite the obvious challenges of traffic Indian-style! Each one of our guides were knowledgeable and accommodated our every need; drivers and vehicles were also excellent throughout. This was our first experience of TransIndus but we would all certainly recommend you as a travel company and have done so already! We are true India converts and are already planning when we might be able to return. Please pass thanks to all concerned,

Mar 27,2017Transindus provided an excellent service prior to departure (especially as I needed to re-arrange flights) and whilst in India. We cannot speak highly enough of our driver Harpreet, who was superb; so polite and respectful and an excellent driver - so calm when driving on India's chaotic roads!! The guides that accompanied us every day were all very knowledgeable and gave us an excellent insight into both past and present India. The hotels we stayed in were all high class and special mention must go to The Heritage Haveli and Ajit Bhawan, both oases of calm and oozing with charm. Thank you Transindus for the holiday of a lifetime and for introducing us to beautiful India - vibrant, colourful, majestic,noisy and bursting with life with such warm and friendly people. We will be back!

Mar 27,2017I used Trans Indus in 1998 and again in 2016 to travel to India. On both occasions they handled my holiday perfectly. Everything was organised to perfection and they were extremely helpful when giving advice and information. Once in India we never had to worry about anything, the driver was always on time, we had a rep meet us at every destination and we knew that should we require anything further someone was only a phone call away. We wouldn't use anyone else, fantastic tour company.

Mar 25,2017My husband and I booked the Wonderful Workshops in Jaipur and asked TransIndus to organise a second week in and around Pondicherry. Everything went like clockwork, we were collected from airports, driven to our hotels (great choices) and had an excellent guide on one occasion. The only negative experience related to money exchange. We knew there was a currency problem in India but we both feel the representative on our arrival at Jaipur ought to have given us considerably more assistance. Our hotel did not have an exchange and, arriving on Saturday, we were unable to get any rupees until Monday.

Mar 25,2017Orr dealings with TransIndus were first class, the company were happy to go ahead with the trip despite the fact that there were only the two of us booked on the particular tour which we selected. The service we received in China was first class as a result, an unforgettable experience.

As we organised the trip in conjunction with TransIndus - and did a lot of our own research - we knew what to expect. Our driver was excellent and the guides were good.
